Blissful days await at this updated Ormond Beach home! The 5-bedroom, 3-bath abode boasts new furnishings and decor to welcome 10 guests. Lounge beside the private pool and enjoy fresh ocean air to start relaxing in no time! Enjoy our heated pool in the winter months.
Located within 300 steps from the beach. Restaurants are convenient to the house. It’s a short drive to Daytona Beach and Daytona International Speedway which make any stay here one for the books.

Owner has an apartment on the property and may be staying in their apartment during part of your visit. The apartment has a private entrance.

Home is equipped with outdoor Blink security cameras.

Absolutely no parties or events may be hosted. No gatherings over the amount of people on the reservation. No smoking on the property. No animals of any kind may be brought to the property.

Daytona Beach family vacation 2025

Loved having our own pool and so close to the beach ! Appreciated all the beach chairs , wagons and toys for the children . And having the pool right outside the door was wonderful !!!!!!! The kitchen was very well equipped and having 2 washer and dryers for our 3 families was great . Definitely recommend to other families . Thankyou .

Beautiful house, great location

This house was great. It accommodated 8 couples perfectly. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The owner was very good with communication. We didn’t get to use pool because it rained and was chilly but we did stick our feet in and it was heated and perfect temperature. I highly recommend this house!

Perfect Beach Location!

Read the reviews and this house delivers, plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well stocked and anything you could need for the beach was available. After the beach a quick rinse at the outside shower and into the pool. Communication with the host and onsite manager was responsive...we will be back!

Great Location, close to shopping and beaches

We had a group of 9 meeting up for a extended weekend vacation. The house accommodated the group perfectly. The pool was great to lounge in and the house was close to the beach, shopping and dining locations. We enjoyed our stay!!!

My family of 8, which includes 3 kids and my elderly dad had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, accommodating, and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants & shops, and mini golf. The owner was very responsive and helpful to my inquiries before I booked. We loved it!

Exceptional experience

We were in town for a family gathering. This place exceeded our expectations. Even though a hurricane interrupted the stay, the manager and owner accommodated our reservation with no problem. The home I was beautiful, clean and just right for a large family. The location is perfect-just across the street from the beach. We walked over to see the sun rise each day. We certainly will be back.

Perfect Florida Getaway

This property has it all! It is a block away from the beach, has a private pool, and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We loved the layout of the house ~ so many bedrooms and lots of open space for gathering. The property also provides all of the extra things that you might want to use during your stay such as beach towels, beach carts, beach chairs and so much more! There was great communication with the property manager and she was extremely friendly and helpful! We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future!!

wonderful property

Loved this property for it's spacious living; nice pool and it was close enough to walk to the beach. beach wagon, chairs and some toys for the kiddos. Loved having the washers and dryers, and 2 fridges. perfect home for large family group. The owners were great and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Renters Beware

Myself and my party booked this property a year in advance ahead of our stay while planning a trip to attend the Daytona 500. We are all responsible professional hard working adults in our 40’s and 50’s that wanted to fulfill a lifetime dream of attending the 2022 Daytona 500. Three members of my party have properties that they rent out on VRBO so it was a no brainer for us to rent a house as they have minimal issues themselves when they rent their properties here back on Long Island, NY. A week in advance I messaged the owner and got all information about when we arrived. She informed me that her son would stay at the side apartment attached to the house but would not intrude on us as he did not. We arrived on 2/18/22 and checked out on 2/23/22. Our overall experience was a good. We only had minor issues that we overlooked as the pool was filled with leaves, old cigar butts were left discarded in an old flower pot on the patio table out back, screen doors were hard to open and off the door tracks. Beach chairs were old and rusty. When we arrived our Checkin process was smooth as I messaged the property manager after we arrived we got lunch then waited to check in which was flawless. Never once did I bother the property manager or owner with these issues because our overall experience was good while we stayed. We departed the property to head home at approximately 7am on Wednesday February 23rd 2022. All doors were secured and locked. A few hours later at the airport, I was blind sided by allegations that the owner and property manager claimed that me and my party damaged the garage door, a member of my party destroyed her surveillance camera, we destroyed towels, someone wrote a disgusting vulgar and vile comment in the guest book, dishes, pots and pans were stollen. The only violation accused of that I’m guilty of was when a retired friend of mine stopped by with his retired K9partner dog (German Shepard) for about an hour that just recently moved down to Florida. He arrived on Monday and stayed for about an hour. When asked for video footage of security camera the owner never provided evidence, only a picture. She claimed a member of my party waved at the camera then ripped it off. Dishes were not stollen, they were placed in dishwasher. Overall I am disgusted and sickened by the owners attack on me and my parties character after receiving messages from the property manager and owner after checkout.

Lots of space in great location

House has plenty of room for everyone. We had 9 guests and never felt crowded or in anyones way. Nothing extravagant but good for us…definitely will stay again when we are in town.

pool and beach

Having a pool was wonderful. The rooms were large ane comfortable for our family. The layout of the property was perfect for us, also. The bathrooms were not clean - mold on walls, urine smells and other bathroom smells. Short walk to beach was great. Overall, we liked everything about the location and property except the bathrooms and laundry room, which also needed a good cleaning.
