Beautiful, peaceful OCEAN FRONT COTTAGE directly on the ocean!

Relax at our unique oceanfront beach house directly on the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the porch, overlooking a lush grass yard from where you can see the white beach sand and listen to the sounds of the sea! Spend your days sunbathing and swimming on one of Florida's most pristine beaches. Conveniently located, our beach house is just the place for a secluded, carefree vacation. We welcome all ages and pets with games, cards, beach toys and reading material.

Our 2 bedroom/2bath, beachfront home has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The MB bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bath with a deep tub and a stand free dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed & full bath with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have abundant storage/closet space. There is a daybed in the living room to accommodate an additional guests. Finally we have also provided a queen-size blow up mattress. Enjoy cable TV/WIFI on our flat screen television. We provide luxurious linens and thick fluffy towels, as well as plenty of large beach towels. We have a Keurig, a regular 12 cup coffee pot and all the comforts of your kitchen at home. There is a stack washer and dryer in the home as well.
The pergola is comfortably furnished, including a barbecue grill, and there is an outdoor shower for your use after enjoying the beach.
The dining area will seat 4-6 comfortably, whether you choose to barbecue, cook or order takeout.
Publix grocery store is directly across the street along with convenient shops. There are also plenty of dining options, such as Outback, Stonewood, Lulu’s, Riptides, Peach Valley and tons of amazing pizza places. Some are within walking distance as well. For fresh seafood to grill or take out there is Hull’s, a short distance away.
Daytona is a short drive south along A1A where you have Ocean Walk (dining, movies, shows...) Daytona Lagoon Water Park and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. If you are interested in day trips there is
Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, just north of the cottage, where you will find great shopping, delicious food, interesting history & people and plenty of fun for everyone!
The hosts live close by and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Don't miss out on this unique & peaceful ocean retreat!😊☀️

The Beach House was perfect! It was exactly as described and the photos were spot on! We celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary along with daughter and granddaughter, and our dog. We walked the beach, cooked breakfast, visited local restaurants, and relaxed!!! While the weather was cold we still enjoyed the waves, the sand, and the ambience. Our host was awesome from the beginning to the end! We appreciated the contact and hope to visit again .

This beach house has many great qualities. A well cared for lawn next to the beach, afternoon shade on the patio, comfortable living and sleeping areas, and of course the view are highlights. While the bathrooms and kitchen weren't large, the spaces were maximized for utility. The owner and manager were attentive to our plans and added several personal touches that showed they care about their guests. Our stay was only 4 nights, but we could have happily stayed there for weeks. A wonderful place to stay!

A much needed getaway at a lovely beach house. The yard and back patio was perfect for us and our furbabies to enjoy all while being right on the ocean. Ginger was an amazing host that truly catered to us and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back! Human AND Corgi approved

Perfect location!

My husband, our adult son and his girlfriend stayed 2 nights at this very cute beach bungalow with our dog Bubba. Everyone had a fantastic time. Easy check in and the place was super clean and inviting. Fantastic ocean views from the living room and easy walk to the beach. Nice grass lawn for some toss and games. No cooking but kitchen seemed outfitted fine with nice dining space for 4.

This cottage is all about the ocean. So lovely to wake up to ocean views. Such a quiet beach and so easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

With mixed feelings

I'll start with great access to beach. Inside house is really cute. I had to wash the windows at back inside and out, could hardly see thru them. The kicker: the condo to left is undergoing a remodel so daily the concrete saw and drills was horrible to the point you couldn't even use the back porch, yard, anything. It was loud inside, too! Then, around 8PM the hotel to the right has late pool hours so loud music, screaming kids, fireworks, yelling, etc. every night. The next time I rent a house, it's going to be with other houses, not between a remodel job on a condo and a loud hotel. The house was really cute inside but there are no windows that can drown out that kind of noise over a 24 hours period. Perhaps it was timing? Thinking not, but won't know. I told the manager yesterday we were leaving a day early - sheets were washed, dried, and put back on beds - still haven't heard from her more than 24 hours later. Nothing. That was disappointing. Anyway, we won't be going back to this house even though the beach access is great.

Relaxing, cozy getaway

I planned a small getaway to this property to celebrate a relaxing, chill birthday with my close family and my 2 dogs, in a beachfront property. This house was perfect for this, my dogs had a yard to enjoy, the house was a great size for my family (5 adults), and it was overall a very pleasant experience. The beach is beautiful and you can see the ocean from the living room / dining room area, and you hear it at night too. I would definitely stay here again!
