The space
This large antique home has an intimate and comfortable feel with its several rooms and access points. It's simply fun to walk around and through! The kitchen opens to the living room as friends and family reconnect while the meal is prepared and drinks are poured. The first floor bedroom with king bed is large and includes a Smart TV and ensuite shower with luxurious rain shower and hand held adjustable shower head. It's the designated room for those who are unable to or do not prefer to use the steep staircases to the 2nd floor.

Second Floor
You'll find 4 bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and another room with two twin beds, along with a writing desk. Lastly, a smaller bedroom with a twin bed and desk area for comfortably working remote and a view out the window of the large yard and barn. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs; one with shower (rain shower head and handheld) and the other with a shower/tub combination.

Back downstairs, on the 1st floor, is a a dining room off the kitchen that comfortably seats 8-9 + high chair for the little ones. The attached mud room includes an energy efficient wash tower (washer and dryer) as well as a handy sink. The mudroom leads out to a sun-drenched patio, perfect for your morning coffee and lounging on the outdoor sectional or lunch under the shade of the umbrellas. This home also has an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water of course!) and includes a small changing area; perfect for a rinse off after the beach or a shower under a starlit sky. The expansive fenced in yard surrounded by trees offers seats under the big oak tree and seating around the wood fire pit while toasting marshmallows and reflecting on the day at the beach, talking about tomorrow's next fun adventure. Perfect for group get togethers, family vacations, and pets are considered. Bed linens are included. Towel sets for rent @ $25 per person.

Guest access
All guests (each party up to 9) will have access to the entire house, yard and parking area. The historic barn, located +100 feet from the house with it's own private driveway, has been converted to a barndominium where owner and dog, a Golden Retriever named Leo stay. Please be assured you will enjoy exclusive use and privacy of house and yard. The barndominium does not look out over yard and the tall fence eliminates visibility.

Other things to note
Due to the steep staircases this property may not be suitable for young children and those less mobile. There are retractable child safety gates at the top of each staircase as well as a door at the foot of each staircase to limit access to small children and/or pets. Guests staying in the first floor master bedroom with king size bed have direct access to the ensuite shower and half bath/toilet.
