Welcome to this beautiful Clear Creek vacation rental, a unique house that has the best water view and largest pool deck in the neighborhood. The house can host up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each suite. There's also a pack and play for younger visitors in the larger master bedroom.

This home's location is ideal for easy access to everything that has made Central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. The house is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or simply relax by the pool.

Enjoy the privacy of your pool and hot tub with a relaxing lake view. The pool deck is expanded on both sides, making it perfect for families of all sizes. There are four sun loungers, a shaded dining table, and a cooling ceiling fan available for those days you just want to relax and spend the day by the pool. There is also a grill on the pool deck for your convenience.

Recent upgrades include the following:
General - fresh paint; upgraded WiFi; BBQ grill
Living room - new furniture (sofa, loveseat, and chair); 75" flat screen TV
Dining area - new dining room set with 4 chairs and a bench
Kitchen - all new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stovetop, and microwave); new lighting fixtures installed; upgraded faucet; new granite countertops; 4 counter-height stools
Bathrooms - new faucets and shower heads; new granite countertops

When staying at this house, you can expect nothing but the best! The home has an open arrangement perfect for family stays. There is a central living area with comfortable furniture and a 75" flat screen TV. In addition, there are flat screen TVs in four of the bedrooms, high speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, themed linens (Frozen and Avengers), quality bath and pool towels, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. The following are also provided upon your arrival: two kitchen trash bags, dish soap and a sponge, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, hand soap in each bathroom, and two rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom. We do not provide coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or any other items not listed above.

We ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standards and thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, provide friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. Our property management team lives nearby and can provide immediate assistance with any guest issues.

Our vacation villa includes the following amenities:

This home is located off Highway 27, North of the US 192 intersection. Only 20 minutes away from Animal Kingdom, and 25 to 40 minutes away from all major Central Florida attractions. It is located to the west of I-4, allowing you to avoid major traffic. Enjoy a smooth ride home when you are exhausted after a long day at the parks!

Walmart, Chili's, Burger King, KFC, Starbucks, and Publix are all nearby. Town Center at Cagan Crossing is on the other side of Highway 27, offering lots of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets for you to explore.

Property was very neat and clean, and it was well supplied with linens, kitchen appliances and cookware, and dishes and glasses and cups. Beds were very comfortable. Property location is convenient to get to Disney destinations. Communication with owners of property and property manager was excellent!!

Great Family Spot

Just right for multi-generation: king suite for mom & dad, queen suite for granny, plenty of room for kiddos. Nice kitchen and the pool/hot tub was great for end of day wind down. Jim & Samantha are great hosts. Would definitely stay again. *Depending on traffic, it can take longer to get to the parks.

we had a great time here. only mishap was the check in process but it was quickly resolved! owners were very responsive and left a cute gift basket and personalized card to welcome us! This is kinda far from Universal Studios but better location for Disneyworld. Universal was about 1 hour away with the traffic.

The home was nice and clean. It was just as described. The host has the indoor temperature set on a timer that only they can control. My family and I found ourselves sweating throughout the night. Not being able to control the air temperature is my only complaint.

Just far enough from parks

We loved our stay and the location. The house is not overly big yet feels large due to the layout and vaulted ceilings. We didn’t use all the rooms as our oldest son and family couldn’t make it, but the rooms we did use were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, Publix and Walmart. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We bought pool toys not realizing they had some for use, we added to the collection in the garage. FYI.. pool cleaning was Tuesday morning and you cannot swim for 2-3 hours after they done. As far as Disney parks go, this was the perfect location away from all the traffic. I think the longest it took us for 28 minutes one day. Our hosts were amazing in communication, would definitely recommend for families.

Wonderful stay in Orlando

We cannot praise this property enough. The hosts were simply amazing, responding lightning fast to our queries. The property itself is exactly like the pictures and the location of the property is awesome with lots of food options and supermarkets very close by. My family and I had a super comfy stay and loved the pool and hot tub under the Florida sun. Could not have asked for a better stay! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again soon!

January 2025 stay

We enjoyed our month long stay in Clermont. House was comfortable and well furnished. Location was good with stores and fast food close by. The distance was about equal between Disney World and historic Clermont downtown. January was unseasonably cold so we were not able to enjoy the pool and spa the whole time, but hosts gave us a heads up prior to our trip so it wasn’t unexpected. We were able to enjoy the pool and spa for the last 10 or so days. Hosts were very responsive. We would certainly recommend it.

Great hosts; house needs some TLC

Overall the hosts are great and that goes far in my book when renting. The house is spacious and served our purpose which was mainly just chilling as a family and playing card games. We enjoyed hours in the pool and the hot tub gets really nice and hot unlike some other rentals we've stayed at with a similar pool/spa set-up.We just felt the house needed some TLC (broken drawers in some dressers, etc) and some power washing outside on the pool deck. Maybe with us being an end of year rental, some good deep cleaning is on the schedule soon? Also, it's worth noting the master bedroom mattress is VERY soft and you sink in, which wasn't preferred by me or my husband. I know that's a personal preference, though, so some might like the "sinking in" feeling. Overall, I would rent from Jim and Samantha again since they were great.

Great home away from home

What an amazing property, easy check in. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy, flight was changed and I was able to add two nights to our stay without issue. Our last night did have a hiccup with the door code but both the owner and the management company were quick to help and got us back in the house. This property did not disappoint and I would recommend it and the owners to anyone

Great stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect. There are grocery stores and plenty of dining options nearby. It is a quick and easy drive to Disney parks. The pool and spa were beautiful.

property is as listed, 25-30 minutes drive to Disney parks/ESPN a little longer during weekday rush hours. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Groceries, gas stations etc. Gas and charcoal grill available, K-Cup/Regular drip coffee Capable. Front load full size washer had mold/mildew residue.

Great family home

It was a perfect place to just enjoy the family. My grandson couldnt stay out of the pool and the lights at night amazed him. Lots of space inside and comfortable for all. I should mention the houses are very close together, so if you are looking for more privacy this isnt the best for that. However it was perfect for our stay.

Fantastic house central to Disney

This was a fantastic house with amazing communication from Jim and Samantha, we were here during hurricane Milton and they couldn't be more supportive. There was a minor issue that didn’t affect our stay one bit but they still got the maintenance guys out that day on a Saturday. Will be looking at booking again in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfect Getaway!

We enjoyed our time at this property! It gave us a comfortable place to hang out as a family! The pool/hot tub combo was amazing! Plenty of relaxation and family fun! Close to great restaurant/stores. Close to Disney but out of the busy traffic!

Good Stay

My family of 10 (from infant to 62 years old) stayed for a week. Upon arrival, check in was easy and smooth. We read the stay instructions in the provided binder on the kitchen counter. The first night we tried to get the place to cool down but after using the pool and waiting, the temp stayed at 83 degrees so I messaged Jim. He took care of it right away as it was an HVAC issue that stemmed from the technician's check up prior to our arrival. We were able to get it sorted out the same night and the place finally cooled down and stayed cooled for the rest of our stay. Beach toys, chairs, and strollers were provided in the garage. On our non Disney park day, we just stayed in and ordered pizza while the kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the added convenience of having a washer and dryer. We did have a few freak outs with some small lizards and 1 large cockroach during our stay but those are things that just can't be helped while in Florida. The only thing we didn't really like was how much some of the neighbors were speeding in such a residential neighborhood. Cars were flying at least 40-45 mph down the 25 mph road at times. Otherwise, we would recommend this home!
