Guest Access:
Free street parking is available in front of the townhome and across the street, on a first-come, first-served basis. You may park up to 2 vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
This private gated community is surrounded by 200 acres of beautiful natural Florida woodlands and lakes. This property is located in the community of Festival Minto Resorts, which offers a community pool with water park, clubhouse, miniature golf, general store, old fashioned ice cream parlor, digital arcade, and sand volleyball courts.

Getting Around:
Festival is located off of I-4/Exit 58. West on ChampionsGate Boulevard to Ronald Reagan Parkway.

Other Things to Note:
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day night service, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance

We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

Great condo close to all the action

Great condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds. Only glitch was the door code was incorrect and it took over 2 hours for someone ti provide the correct code.
