Guest Access:
Parking:
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Overnight parking is allowed at the clubhouse for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

Resort Access:
Guests will enter through a gated entrance with a 24-hour security attendant. You’ll enjoy full access to Bella Vida Resort amenities, including:

The Neighborhood:
Bella Vida Resort is a gated community of colourful luxury villas, designed for the perfect dream holiday within minutes of all the major attractions Orlando has to offer and located just off the US192 in Kissimmee, 5 miles East of Disney World Orlando and close to the local bus routes.
 
On arrival at Bella Vida, an impressive 25-foot waterfall greets you as you drive through the gates, and just beyond that is the Italian-inspired Clubhouse.

Loved the property but projector did not work. The sofa had a large stain on it. One of the bathrooms on the first floor i step on a carpet nail. The door to the wash room oncthe first fl would not open.

Wow! Everything was perfectly as described! Everything worked great! No issues. I recommend bringing your own washcloths because there’s none here with the towels but this was the most beautiful stay I’ve ever booked. We might be repeat guests!

Kids loved it

It was nice!! Enough room for everyone, bedrooms well decorated. Had everything we needed for our week stay. Communication was well presented, and maintenence. Loved the house.

Family and friends in town for soccer tourney

House was great for our group of 20. Plenty of bedrooms and living space and we did not feel crowded. We were in FL for a soccer tournament so didn’t spend a ton of time at the house or do much cooking in kitchen - but it was well stocked.

Great experience/ with minor hiccups

We had a great experience just a few minor hiccups. The main issue was that the WiFi was absolutely not working. We did contact the manager and the issue was resolved. Parking was also an issue. Two of cars did get towed unfortunately. We also had to clean the grill. It was extremely dirty. The washer upstairs did not work but Overall we had a great time and would definitely do it again.

Great family time a few things were disappointing

Overall, the house was nice. We were very disappointed that the theater room did not work. That was the one thing our family was looking forward to at this home. I was told it will be fixed by the time I arrived and that was not true. We did have a few hiccups however the management company did fix them.

The amazing family vacation

The property was amazing as seen in the photos and the manager was awesome very hands on helpful and I couldn't expect anything more!! Thus property is a must stay again place! Had MUCH higher hopes based on listing

Check in was 3 hours late Insane party neighborhood Dirty home No blankets for warmth the first 4 nights Old Food all over property Broken glass at the back pool area (daughter went to ER for it) plus 2 other injuries from the glass No cleaning supplies for a 19 night stay No Keurig- so bring your coffee filters! No hand soap in kitchen; you get one small circle bar PER bathroom (again for 24 ppl for a 3 week stay) Insufficient pots, pans, (one of each) for a “house of 24” two small pots and one pan to cook with!! Pool filter was filled with garbage (straws, wrappers) BBQ was 100% unusable - due to being full of grease and flames coming off it - even tho we paid Patio furniture broken (table with nails out!)/ thin cushions and mouldy/ soggy/ dirty pillows States kitchen is fully equipped this is NOT true NO ammeneties at this resort other then a pool with a VERY rude lobby staff Gym has 3 dumbbells of 3 different weighs (one of each) very very run down, no music, no TV in there and old equipment Garbage spread all over various properties in the neighborhood Others using our bin to put their Trash into so we couldn’t fill our deck box as needed as it was being filled wrongfully by others Under every mattress we lifted up - it was filled with garbage and wrappers Couch in living room was stained so bad it was worrisome to even sit on it! Communication with Upstay was great however the property was NOT worth what we paid we left unhappy!

Great time with friends and family

House was great! Exactly what listing said. Mgmt team was very responsive. No issues other than one of our cars was towed. However it was our fault as the mgmt team let us know this would happen if car was on street. They do have parking available for 2 extra cars at clubhouse. We saw others parked on street and chose not to use clubhouse parking. Heated pool and game room were the favorites for us!
