House was very spacious for the group we had. The information to enter the house was incorrect and also internet password was wrong. We were able to access the house about 15 minutes after arriving and we found the back door unlocked so we entered that way. It took almost an hour and a half for someone to get back with us but they did get us the correct code for the front door. The remote to the TV off the kitchen was missing so we were unable to use the TV. Had a leaking toilet that they did fix the next day. There isn’t any extra bedding or blankets so with the house was very cool at night as there were record low temperatures. We normally have a steak night that we use the outside grill for and that was not possible since the grill needs replaced. Hot tub water level dropped often and we had to add water to get the water over the jets(possible leak). We have stayed in 15 different properties across the country and I would recommend this house but it needs some attention to what is working and what is available. It needs more pots and pans, baking sheets, etc. as we eat in on our stay.

The space was really good; the house had a great layout. Plenty of things to do and no issues getting away from people if you needed your own space. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Parking for 4 cars, which seemed to be a lot for the neighborhood. Loved that there is 2 laundry rooms. The master bedroom bed was pretty comfortable for a rental. Usually, we go out and purchase a mattress topper but did not need to here.There were things that definitely need updating/attention, but I guess that is to be expected for a rental. There were a lot of outlets that did not work, there were quite a few light bulbs out. There was a bathroom that had a leaky shower and toilet, the upstairs master had a slow draining sink and the faucets seemed to have a hard water build up. Overall minor things, but they do need to be fixed. Also, there were no hot mitts for cooking, which would have been helpful. Overall it was good, within 20 minutes to Disney which was great.

Great time. No issues

Property was very nice.. better than pictures indicate. Very spacious. Owner responded very quickly after contact. Very nice neighborhood. Security did show up to tell us that a few vehicles were parked improperly. Once we corrected that it was not a big deal. Overall great rental & i would definitely recommend & stay again for next event.

Nice house but many issues

The house was nice but there were many issues and problems. The pool heater did not work, the back fridge did not getting cold, several toilets were not flushing properly, upstairs patio screen was broken, direct tv was not working, and the wifi was in and out- making it difficult to watch movies in the theatre room. I would not rent this particular house again.

The Corbitt Cup Golf Trip

Great stay…. Awesome place. Only issue leaving this morning. We are loading our cars to go to the golf course at 7:30 and the code locked us out said we didn’t have to be checked out till 10. We were just loading the cars to go to the golf course.

The home was nice and huge. We had a number of minor problems as no internet, theatre needed to be fixed and hot water needed to be adjusted. There was also a minor clogged bathroom drain. All of these problems were addressed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.
