Location of property is great! The community pool/water slides is perfect! Heated pool and easy access to everything. The only down side is that the property wasn’t cleaned so well and we saw some bugs in the bathroom/kitchen. But we would book again because the house location is perfect!!

Pictures are deceiving

Roachs in house, worms , lizards. Pool had mold on inside walls, outside of pool as well, lounge chairs were broken.

Great home away from home.

Great place to stay. Close and convenient to everything we needed. Our granddaughter had her National dance comp at Disney Springs in Orlando and was very easy to get there every morning. Very cozy and clean. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout our stay. The children loved the Disney themebedroom and the private pool. The only issue was the patio door would not lock. We would stay here again.

Not what we expected

Pool very dirty home is not very clean found roachs in the dinning are table in dining room should have been in the trash not what i was expecting especially when i went through vrbo to rent it

Good location but a bit dirty

The property was convenient and had cute decorations. The owners were accommodating by allowing me to add an extra day. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The floors need a deep clean- feet turned pretty black from walking barefoot in the house. There were multiple cockroaches that I had to kill daily. The washing machine is an extremely dirty and all of the towels smelled moldy. I ran to Walmart to buy my own towel because the smell. We did not use the pool because the weather was bad due to hurricane and then the hurricane brought tons of worms into the pool. I would not stay here again because of the roaches

Superb property in a great resort

This property is superb. It’s much bigger than the photos make it look. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes from the pool and splash park. It has everything you need for a brilliant stay in Florida. Highly recommend!

Book this one!

If you are looking to stay in the Windsor Hills Resort, pick this condo! Clean and (mostly) updated, this condo is an end unit with a south facing pool, which gives you privacy, a view of greenery and sun throughout the day, which warms the pool. At WH you also have access to a great community pool, arcade, store (with affordable food and great drinks) and water slides/splash pad area. This is only an 6 minute walk from the condo (we timed it with kids!). Only 15 minutes from Disney parks, this is a nice option if you want to chill some and go to parks some. Would recommend renting a car. Lots of close by restaurants and a Walmart so you can easily get food and drinks. If you have little kiddos, this condo has all the things - pack n play, baby gates, toddler bed, plastic plates and cutlery, etc. we had a great time and thought it was an awesome deal!

Good Place to Rest After WDW Battle

Property was just as described in listing. Pros: Clean Well kept Convenient Pool Cons: No icemaker, cubed ice Refrigerator doors are backwards Construction behind unit was 24 hours a day. Very loud all the time Yes, i would recommend.

We were very happy with the property. There was a Amal issue with some left over trash when we first checked in, but I reported it and got a pretty immediate response. The home was very well kept and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and convenient stay

So to start from the top, the check in process is NOT ideal. Look out for an email that will come from a company other than VRBO asking you to e-sign your contract before getting check-in details. I did not see this email and there was a slight delay in communication with the owner when reaching out, but was handled efficiently when we did connect. When I arrived at the gate my fiancé was in a separate car and I was told he couldn’t get in because he was not registered. However, there weren’t clear instructions that I had to register him, VRBO simply asks how many adults and kids. In any event if you have more than one car coming to the property let the owner know in advance as they will need to be added to the properties registry. This process had us waiting pulled over by the gate for a good 30 min while we called and texted the property owners. Once we got through that process the rest of the stay was comfortable. This home is conveniently located next to everything, dining, retail, Walmart super center, and Disney parks. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased that I could take a short 3 min ride to Walmart to grab anything that we needed including food for the week, and get to the Disney parks in 8-13 minutes depending on traffic. The home was comfortable and spacious enough for my 2 big kids and infant to have their own spaces. My son enjoyed the pool and the Disney themed room. The master bedroom bed was relaxing with great light. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, eating and cooking utensils. Do make sure you get paper towels and toilet tissue. They only provide you with a complimentary roll in each bathroom. Which we blew through in 2 days. We did not utilize the clubhouse pool area as we were busy with a cheer comp but it looked very nice. The house is not located really close to it and with my kids, infant, and gear I would have definitely driven to that area as it’s closest to the front gate entrance. However, it is quite walkable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again for competition season next year.
