– Please note: The association offers a free shuttle to the parks. We are not responsible for the shuttle's schedules or availability.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– Check-in: 4:00 PM (door code provided)
– Check-out: 11:00 AM (STRICT).
– Early check-in / late check-out: possible for a fee and only if there’s no same-day turnover — contact us. Any late check-out is subject to a USD 100 fee
– Guest count: The reservation must have the correct amount of people to have access to the building
– Keys: one building key provided; extra keys available at the front desk (charge applies)
– Building access: front door only (side/back doors are not available to guests)
– Self-catered stay (not a hotel): no daily cleaning; guests must remove their trash
– Stays over 7 days: mandatory paid cleaning once every 7 days
– Cleaning standard: if the apartment isn’t left in decent condition, a double cleaning fee will be charged
– Bath & hand towels: provided at check-in only; not replenished. For extra sets, hire the cleaning service or self-wash.
– Luggage storage: not available (back-to-back reservations)
– Use: For tourists or guests traveling for temporary work only.
– Security deposit & damages: damages deducted from the deposit; stained bedding charged at replacement cost; sofa-bed misuse may incur fees
– Property access: host/management may access with reasonable notice for maintenance/inspections or to resolve issues; in emergencies, access may occur without notice
– No smoking (incl. marijuana): $250 fine + eviction
– No pets: violations → eviction + extra cleaning/impact fees

– Amenities may be under maintenance/temporarily unavailable → no refunds
– In-unit items (e.g., blow dryer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer) can occasionally fail or be missing; notify us immediately — no refunds in either event
– Distances/times to parks are approximate and vary with traffic
– Reservation changes may involve a penalty
