- This is a family vacation villa rental - no parties or events, no hen/stag groups, single sex groups or groups aged under 25

- Lawn and pool services are provided approx once a week and the contractors may attend to the property outdoors on any day during your stay.

Perfection!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa and have no issues to reportThe villa was easy to access, in clean good order and as described. The beds were comfy and the villa was well stocked for all our cooking / kitchen needs.The pool benefits from east / west sunshine and was in a great order free from damage or defect. Plenty of pool towels for our use. Lake view was a great entertainment watching the wildlife come and go. Having stayed on Formosa many ‘many’ times I must say this was one of the best! Our new favourite!! Owners are lovely and so responsive with lots of local advice on roads and restaurants. You cannot go wrong with this one!

Beautiful home, thoughtful extras

Home is located in a gated community that is quiet, yet welcoming. Pool area gets plenty of sun and there are enough loungers for everyone. Hot tub takes a few moments to get up to temp but when it does, one of the warmer built in hot tubs we've experienced in over 15 VRBO stays. What really sets this house apart is the spacious floor design, extreme cleanliness and thoughtful extras like kitchen supplies, ample dishes & cups, over a dozen beach towels, etc. There was even a welcoming pack with dishwasher tabs, dish soap and laundry detergent saving us from buying larger sizes in the store that wouldnt have been fully used. Owenr AND management company are EXCELLENT communicators.

Exceptional Home

This home was all you’d want for a home away from home. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the home very clean. We paid the extra to heat the pool and well worth it. Very comfortable for a stay in March. The kids loved the game room as well. The location to Disney was perfect for our daily trips. Very safe and nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to book again for next Spring Break! Thank you Michelle for being so responsive and kind to work with!

Spring break getaway

My family and I loved this property and would definitely stay again. We have stayed at multiple properties and this was the best one! All the little details were super helpful. I appreciated finding an air pump for the pool toys I had brought. It saved us so much time. I felt like we had everything we needed and only had to get groceries and we were set. Doesn’t get much better than this!

Beautiful large house with plenty of room for multiple families. Super clean and location is perfect for Disney and universal (both under 30 min). I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication and responsiveness from property owner/manager was great as well

Wonderful vacation home!

My family of 4 just left the property after a 10 day stay and we have nothing but great things to say! The home is beautiful and spacious! Cleanliness is very important to us and this home exceeded our expectations. The adults loved the hot tub each evening after long Disney park days and my daughter loved the pool and the game room. She also felt special with the princess bedding in the twin bedroom. Michelle was very responsive to my questions. The house is so close to Disney and is located in a gated community which feels safe! I cant say enough good things about this property. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and would happily return for our next Disney vacation!! Thank you to Michelle for allowing our family to vacation at your beautiful home!!

Amazing Quiet Getaway

My husband and I stayed for an adult only trip, and it was amazing! The house is exactly as described and how the pictures look. The neighborhood is quiet, and the view of the lake from the pool was so very calming and relaxing! There was a very generous starter kit at check in, which lasted our entire trip. Check in was super easy, as was check out. Communication with Michelle was very prompt. We had some storms come through during our trip that knocked out the Wi-Fi, and Michelle was great about working with us to get it back up and running. We would definitely return again, and look forward to being able to stay at this beautiful property again in the future!

Spectacular Vacation Home

This vacation home is located in on a spacious lot in a quiet subdivision located close to everything. The home is meticulously maintained and has every amenity. Surely the cleanest home that we have ever stayed in. It has a beautiful view of the lake, a pool and a hot tub. We will be back every year!

Only detriment was the patio door alarm which I guess is a requirement that made it difficult to go in and out smoothly. Also the house was a little dusty. Overall we had a great stay!

Everything we expected and more

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Was super clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a single issue while we were there. We will definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend to families looking for a nice home near the parks.

Amazing!

House is better than the pictures. It was clean, had everything we needed, and plenty of space. Kids asked if we could live there forever. So close to Disney and the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the parks.

Perfect for disney

This house has everything we needed. There was 9 in our paper one family of four and one of five. Very close to Disney, so makes the drive easy, and the gated community is a nice add on as well. Would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice home for vacation.

Better than pictured!

The stay was amazing! The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The home was so roomy for our 2 families of 4! Both parents had their own master suite with huge full master baths. My daughter and her boyfriend had a comfy room with their own bathroom and our 3 younger kids had an area of bedrooms together and shared a bathroom. It was awesome! The lake was beautiful. The gated community was newer looking, very clean with very large homes. We had complete privacy while hanging at the pool. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, you cannot see them. We barely even heard them! We will definitely rent again.

Modern and clean

Had a great week at this property - everything was nicely maintained and very clean! Views of the lake are nice when you're in the pool. Great community to walk around in safely. Great amenities in the house - updated TVs and equipment throughout - Look forward to renting this home again!

Great location to Disney parks!

When we arrived, the house was very clean and looked even better in person than the pictures online. We loved the privacy in the pool area, we couldn’t see the neighbors and the pool backs to a pond. The house is about 10 minutes to Disney Parks! So easy to get too! Any questions or concerns we had, Michelle, the owner was very fast with a response. She cares about the house and the renters having a fabulous vacation! We would stay here again!

Clean & quiet property with great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! The booking process worked well and the owners had a good balance of reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. Key highlights: 1. House was cleaned and maintained well. To a better level than other properties I’ve been in Orlando. Beds were all comfortable and the sheets and comforters all smelled so fresh! Also, simple & elegant design. Pictures aligned well with what you see at arrival. 2. Pool is SE facing and has a great covered eating area so you can choose sun or shade all day. Hot tub took a little while to warm up, but that’s pretty normal. 3. Neighborhood was quiet and enjoyed the look over the small lake/pond. Quick drive to the Disney parks and Disney Springs as well as lots of sit down restaurants, fast food, and grocery stores within a couple minute drive. 4. Not a huge check out list - just empty your trash and get first set of towels in the wash! We really enjoyed this property and will book again if we return to Orlando in the future! Great relaxing stay

Beautiful clean home home with plenty of space. Owners were incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful prior to our trip and during our stay. Great location for easy grocery shopping. Every room had a smart TVs which made it easy to log into our own streaming apps. The game room was a fun break from the sunshine. And the large capacity fridge and freezer made it easy to stock up on groceries for the week. Also plenty of space to eat together as a group of 9. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place to Stay!
