Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of your stay. You’ll be responsible for the remainder of your stay's supplies.

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.

➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near I-4, providing quick access to Orlando, Universal Studios, and other popular destinations. Whether you're here for family fun, golfing, or simply exploring Central Florida, this location offers a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.

➜ Car: The most convenient way to get around is by car, with quick access to I-4 and ample parking at the property.

➜ Uber/Lyft: Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient trips to nearby attractions like Disney, Universal, and shopping centers.

➜ Public Bus: The local bus system provides access to nearby areas for budget-friendly transportation.

➜ Biking: The quiet neighborhood streets are ideal for biking, offering a scenic and eco-friendly way to explore.

➜ Rental Car: Many rental car services are nearby, making it easy to get your own vehicle for exploring all that Central Florida has to offer.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.

➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb Messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am, and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. A $50 fee will apply for any missing parking passes after check-out. Guests are required to return all parking passes to the original pick-up location and provide photo confirmation before departure.
