Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Great location, close to the theme parks. HOWEVER, that's the only good thing about this place. When checking in we were told that breakfast is included with the room. On the day of check out, we went to grab a coffee and quick snack before heading out.
We noticed a register but nobody was standing at it, instead two employees were off to the side, talking and eating their own meal. When we finished eating, one of the staff got up and told us we had to pay for eating. We were confused and told them the breakfast is included and they said no and brought someone from the front desk over.
He told us breakfast was $10 a person, which we were not told prior. Normally breakfast is complimentary at hotels so we were very confused. We also stated they should have told us this prior to letting us eat the food, because had we known we wouldn't have even stopped by. $10 for the quality of food they offer is honestly very disappointing. The staff clearly does not do their job very well and there is a strong miscommunication between staff.
It's also EXTREMELY unprofessional to allow the employees to sit around laughing and eating food when they are on the clock and should be standing at the register, greeting guests as they come in through the door.
I recommend for anyone staying around here to pay a bit extra and choose one pf the neighboring hotels. This one is not worth your time or money!
