Our family adores this gated community, and we know yours will too! Discover 3250 square feet of modern elegance, multiple entertainment spaces, and a private lanai, all complemented by world-class resort amenities.

Home Highlights:

* Updated sectional sofa in first floor TV room - 2025
* Relax in the screen-enclosed, south-facing private pool and spa or enjoy the heated resort pools, lazy river, and gym.
* Child safety fence surrounding pool at house is installed.
* Explore family-friendly fun with tennis and pickleball courts, soccer fields, a game room, and a playground.
* Champions Gate's restaurants and shops are just 7 minutes away.
* Work remotely from the resort with laptop desks in three different bedrooms.
* Quick access to Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Disney Parks, all within ~15 miles.

2nd Floor Bedrooms:

* Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and jetted tub.

1st Floor Bedroom:

Amenities:

* Heated resort pool, hot tub, lazy river, waterslide, and cabanas provided by Solterra Resort, for an additional fee, paid directly to Solterra Resort when checking in. Their fee is $35 for the household, covering up to 12 guests.
* Fully equipped fitness center, tennis court, 4 pickleball courts, playground, poolside cafe, and clubhouse.
* Game room with ping pong table, arcade game and sitting area.

PRIVATE POOL and SPA

* Private south-facing pool and spa in the backyard.
* Pool and spa heat at the house can be added for an additional fee. $500 up to 7 nights, and $50 per night thereafter, plus tax.

Outdoor Living:

* Screened-in lanai with a 6-seater bench dining table.
* Weber propane grill.

Indoor Living:

* Three living rooms with large sectional sofas.

* Full-size, 8-10 seat dining room table.
* Three separate living rooms with sofa sets.
* Shaded outdoor picnic table by the pool.
* Two king bed master suites in the 6-bedroom home.
* First-floor queen bedroom with no steps and a bedside handle.

House Rules:
* Signed reservation agreement and drivers license required.
* Check-in after 4 PM, with a one-hour early check-in option.
* Checkout is 10 AM; please follow the checkout list.
* No events, parties, or large gatherings exceeding the maximum guests allowed.
* No smoking in the house.
* Place trash in the front door container for daily pick-up.
* Follow the pet policy.

Pet Policy:

* Well-behaved dogs are welcome; $250 fee per dog.
* Additional $250 refundable pet security deposit collected at reservation.
* Clean up after dog hair; no dogs on furniture or carpeted second floor.
