The Space:
Welcome to our enchanting 6-bedroom home, a true masterpiece in comfort and design. With the capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests, this haven ensures a delightful stay. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room seamlessly merging into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors, a private heatable pool invites you to unwind and savor the splendid view, while a Mario Bros playroom guarantees endless fun for both adults and kids.
On the first floor, a king bedroom with a private bathroom offers convenience and privacy. Upstairs, the family room adds extra comfort. The master king bed suite exudes luxury, while you will find another 4 bedrooms, two with a queen bed in each and the other two with two single beds in each.

We had a wonderful experience staying here over Thanksgiving week. The home was exceptionally clean and very spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax and spread out. The fast-access pass made check-in and entry incredibly easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling and amusement parks.The game room was a huge hit with the kids—perfectly set up and kept them entertained throughout our stay. The heated pool was amazing! The location was also great, close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, comfortable area.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

We loved the house. It was so clean and spacious and had everything you could ever think of needing. The pool was well heated and pool area was great. The host was very responsive to any messages i sent and any issues were dealt with quickly. We asked for the pool heat to be turned down and this was done very quickly.Would recommend the house to others.

Pool was clean. Check in and out was very easy. Our only complaint was the 95 charge to use the grill which we opted not to do.

This was our family’s 4th year coming to Champions gate. Our previous 3 stays were exceptional homes were beautiful well maintained no issues at all. This home we booked for a 17 day stay. Upon arrival it was evident this home was not well maintained. Doors & walls were all beat up, stain on upstairs carpet, ripped master bedroom chair, tape on bathroom window, crack in microwave. Our family room carpet had popcorn on it our pool was not clean and there were wrappers under chaises. It took 3 days to get pool cleaner to come and pool was not even tested just added chemicals and told us not to use for 5 hours. Pool heater over heated pool it was to hot for our kids to swim in for 2 days of our stay. Our parking & pool passes did not work each day was a hassle to enter. Our property manager was responsive but issue was never resolved. This was a disappointing stay very expensive not to have been what we were use to on our previous Verbo rentals. Would not ever stay here again

Nice spacious home with room for everyone

Stayed at the home with 4 adults and 6 children. The kids had fun in the pool and playing games on the pool table. There was plenty of room for everyone including 2 master bedrooms with en-suites and 4 other bedrooms. Maria was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of our questions.

Excellent home & stay!

Having rented many homes on vrbo we feel pretty confident about rating this home & the management of it as one of the best ever. I worked back and forth with Maria and she was absolutely amazing! So quick in email responses to my questions and delightful to work with. Strongly recommend! The home was wonderful- well-stocked, plenty of dishes, cookware, towels both for showers and pool, clean property. Will definitely be staying here again. The only thing I will warn is that you cannot take your own drinks (even water!) into the community pool area, which for our size family isn’t ideal, as you are forced to purchase drinks/food— For an entire week that really adds up! The community pool/lazy river/slides were great and our children had such a wonderful time celebrating their spring break!
