PEBBLE BEACH VILLA is a 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment. This home features an east-facing pool that overlooks the beautiful golf course of Champions Gate.

The main level includes a large family-style living room with a flat-screen TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 5, dining area that seats 6. Bedroom One: This room has a King bed with a private ensuite that leads to the pool area and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Two: This room has a King bed with a joined bathroom with the main floor and a flat-screen TV. Access directly to the pool area through the sliding glass door . Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Entertainment center in the garage for the whole family to enjoy. Gas grill for the family to enjoy grilling. Private pool and spa.

The second level includes a stand-alone bathroom with a shower-tub combination, toilet, and vanity sink. Bedroom Three: Mickey themed room has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Four: This room has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Five: This room has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Jack and Jill bathroom (that adjoins 2 bedrooms) Bedroom 4 & 5. Bedroom Six: Princess themed has 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Seven: Spiderman themed has 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Jack and Jill bathroom (that adjoins 2 bedrooms) Princess and Spiderman. Bedroom Eight: This room has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Nine: This room has three Full beds and a flat-screen TV. Loft area with a sofa sectional and a flat-screen TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Gates and trash were terrible

Using the gates to get in when not using the main gates the QR code doesn’t work. Never was given directions on what to do with the trash with no barrels on sight. No left over coffee filters or salt and pepper for cooking is lacking. Hot tub/pool heater did not work.

Florida family fun

House was a GREAT size and easily accommodated a party of 12. It was just as pictured. However, we were extremely disappointed in the pool. It was not clean enough to be used, even after they came to clean it. It requires a DEEP cleaning, on a regular. Also, no extra towels, washclothes, blanks or sheets were provided. In addition, not enough trash cans or extra toliet paper for a large group. Overall, house size was great but little things could be done to make the stay much more comfortable. Thank you

Florida gymnastics

When we first got there we tried to get in it the code didn’t work. There were 2 different lock boxes. The hot tub didn’t get hot even after messaging the owner and management company. Not enough of frying pans .
