The website pictures of the hotel have a false image. Our room had holes in the wall, dirty sheets. A leaking sink. Too much activity going on the property. The pool was dirty. I was disappointed. The office staff was nice. But never again.

Only if I can give a negative number... Highly disappointed solo traveler. Only good about hotel was AC worked properly. The only thing that looks like the pictures from the website is the lobby. Random homeless people walking around at all times of night. Kids outside running the halls and walkways screaming after midnight. Disgusting common areas where people dumped trash cig butts and let their dog poop where ever. Don't NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING SOLO OR WITH CHILDREN, PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Poor management due to had to calling multiple times for clean sheets and more wash/dry towels. Did not receive them until next day. I was not going to eat the breakfast there cuz I did not trust the management if they could clean anything properly.

EVERYTHING is FILTHY dog poop everywhere,drug addicts walking all around by your car . FALSE presentations ..That is a MOTEL it’s a big sign in that says motel when you walk in the lobby the room was DIRTY the ac didn’t work,the tv didn’t work the room smelled like mole it was babies hanging outside no shirt saggy pampers !the mirrors in the room was foggy and dirty ,I seen roaches the furniture was old and chipped up , they door had repair patches like it was a hole there. I seen HAIR all on the wall that didn’t belong to ME . The tub had a dirt ring the size of Texas !!!! I asked for a refund and they told me Expedia will give a full refund then when Expedia called them they didn’t pick up then when Expedia did get in contact they said they don’t want to refund me .i ended up paying extra just to go to a better much CLEANER hotel ! I felt if I stayed bed bugs was gonna get me ! This is NOT for families or kids this is for people who really HOMELESS!! I asked for a wheelchair room they put me on the second floor NO elevator. It was like the hotel from hell !!! Mind you it just look like run down apartment buildings

There were people who are siting infront of my room door and in the hallway it self they were taking drugs on the stairs There were two men seem to be drunk or high carrying guns People were loud infront of my room Zero security or safety Window not locked properly and people can jump in my room very easy The room wasn’t clean , terrible smell , black mold Photos on expedia are just lies and bed sheets had cigarette ashes on it For a king size bed there were 2 pillows only The electric outlet in the room weren’t working I couldn’t charge my phone This was more like a shelter for gangs / homeless people I requested already a full refund I entered the room for 5 min and left

The towels had a bunch of stains and the whole was smelled like smoke and bed sheets was not properly cleaned even outside the hotel smell like straight smoke. Horrible I would not recommend

The room was not so bad we couldn’t stay. For example we have stayed in worse places. King bed was clean and made. 2 miniature flat pillows. Guess it depends on your standards, lol. I think people rent by the week/month there. Lots of people hanging outside of there rooms smoking various substances. Noise at all hours of the night. Light shining in from around the door. The AC worked. There were some ants but there are lots in Florida. The pool looked nice.

This place loos nothing like the pictures you see. The room i had had holes in the walls, The toilet set was broken, the shower water handle was missing, the room was filrhy, the bed had a sheet and thats it, there is no continental breakfast, the main door into the hotel doesnt open, the chair in the room look like it came from the dump it was filthy and i would not sit in it if you paid me, towels are hard to come by and they dont look clean. One of the towels in the room had dried blood on it. They coffee in the lobby if they have any looks like and tasted like mud. They rent room by the month and everyone smokes pot. They had a fight on the property. The mirrors looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks. My wife and i did not feel safe and left the hotel and the front desk refused to refund us for the days we paid for that we didnt stay. Its a crap hotel and its a shame Expedia even had this property listed on their site. I would not recommend anyone stay here but good luck if you do. Its an Motel6 with a new name but still a dump.

This is a motel not a hotel, the pictures are completely deceiving. This is not what the motel looks like. This is the worst recommendation from Expedia and I highly suggest removing it. I didn’t stay long, left within 20 minutes of being there, the property is dilapidated, all the room smell of smoke, the linen and furniture in the room were definitely not cleaned; stains on everything. A lot of people wondering the property. I cancelled, didn’t get a refund and I had to book somewhere else. Do not book this motel!!!

This is not an inn by any means,, this is a motel. The pictures are very misleading and don’t show an accurate representation of what the room is like. The only thing in the room that looked like it was cleaned was the bed. When I walked into the bathroom,, the tub was very dirty and there were roaches. Please don’t stay unless you’re REALLY DESPERATE.

The room we were given, had trash all over it like someone had just partied their bed was disgusting sheets were never changed. We ended up leaving because it was so disgusting.

It was horrible. It was dirty, stains on furniture, tub was gross and the staff was never at the front desk and it was more like the bates motel. I did see a roach on the wall one night. It was actually a Motel 6 and they just put a banner on the sign covering it that said palm tree inn. Terrible false advertisement. People were loud at night. I noticed alot of people had pets in the rooms and I think some were residents. Definitely would not br staying there again!!

This is a MOTEL 6!!! Total false advertising- they literally taped a Palm Tree sign over the classic blue Motel 6 sign and there were other signs all over for Motel 6. I asked the front desk and she said they were "both." We walked in and my child asked why it smelled so badly (SO MUCH WEED!!!) There was a guy outside that wore a shirt that said "local dealer" and clearly watched a drug deal. We left immediately and complained of false advertising!! Don't go there!

This was the worst experience on a vacation i have ever had. Nothing but a bunch of drug addicts all over property the smell of drugs in the air was crazy. Property does not look like the pictures provided. We had no tv until the end of our second night as it was broken. Had to call three times just to get someone to finally swap it out. I am very unsatisfied. Paying almost $200 for this type of service is unacceptable and I need my money back. Tried to talk to a manager and was told he was out until Monday of coarse and we left on Sunday. DO NOT WASTEVYOUR MONEY.

The entire time people where fighting, yelling, ans slamming doors, woke my children several times. The pictures are not even close to what it looks like there is not a lobby with chairs , or breakfast. The room decently cleaned but the bathroom was disgusting. All in all the people was the worst constant fighting , sirens and police.
