Overlooking the golf course with spacious interior!

This five-bedroom, three-bath home has been recently refurbished and painted and offers spacious and gracious living for the discerning guest. The home has an open plan layout, with both a formal living area and a family room offering ample dining and seating space. This home is highly suitable for family groups. The bedrooms all have televisions for guest convenience.

There is a queen-sized bedroom and full-sized bathroom on the ground floor, making the home highly suitable for anyone wishing to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. A queen bedroom is also located upstairs, while the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. This brings the total sleeping occupancy to ten.

Outside, you will find your backyard oasis, with a gorgeous deck and swimming pool, a covered lanai offering welcome shade in the summer months and your own golf course and conservation views. This home is perfect for those wanting to enjoy all the attractions Orlando has to offer, while still wanting to have a place to relax unbothered!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

USA Special Olympics Games

The house was beautiful and the furniture was all updated Despite what the reviews said. We did have a small problem with the sheets, and a few pillow cases being stained on 1 bed (sheets) and no backups in the house. But when I called and spoke to Paul the property manager, he was very happy to correct the issue and had them to us 1st thing in the morning. I called about the pool and he also had the pool guy there again 1st thing in the AM. So other then that we loved our stay and they were extremely Accommodating to your needs, Definitely will stay there again if ever in the area.

Great location for Disney trip

We have stayed in this home four times over the last seven years. We choose this location because it is about 20 minutes from Disney parks. So this means good proximity for a lower price than Disney resorts. The neighborhood is quiet and the individual lot is private. We were very pleased with the experience and greatly enjoyed our stay with our four grandkids and their parents and other grandmother. The home was recently outfitted with new appliances, counter tops, floor. The pool had new tile and the house was repainted indoors and out. Generally looks good and the pool heating was great. The grandkids had a blast in the pool each day they were there. The heating and cooling controls were updated also and worked really well. Some elements came up short. The furniture and carpeting shows wear and had not been refreshed. The eating utencil situation came up really short. There were only 5 spoons for a family of 10. Ten dinner plates meant that the dishwasher had to be run every time we ate. There were not enough glasses either. This may also be a factor of the new owner not wanting to do all the necesary refurbishments at one time. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Good

The house was huge confortable rooms but the whole furnitures for the entire house was old including bedrooms furniture. The pool can complain my kids enjoy even the water was kind cool they enjoy. And the Cleanliness im not even going to talk about it. After all of that we enjoy our family vacation.

Great property

Pet fee of 150 applies to this property seprately. This house is great. You walk in and hear relaxing music is already playing from every t.v. house is maintained, and is loaded with kitchen utensels so you can make food, coffee, tea, and toast. Back sliding door has an alarm, which can be switched on/off, which is reassuring as this door leads to the pool. This alarm is loud enough to hear if the kids opened it. Property managers and this company are kind as i did interact with them for this trip for verification purposes.

Old house

The house in the picture is not what we stayed in. I was told that this house was hit by some storm and there were no A/C and no cable so they were like I am going to send some pictures of the other house we want to put y’all in for your trip. The pictures doesn’t not match what we seen in person. The house need some major remodeling. The furniture was peeling, there was a hole in the tile floor, the pots and pans were old and nasty need to be replace, outside furniture need some updating, bigger TV in the master bedroom, the blades would fall down when opening them, the stove need to upgrade. Basically the house look like a trap house something in the hood. The front door to the house and the garage is no good somebody can easy break in. Oh and some new sheets for all the beds in that house we had to wash them to make sure they were clean.

Broken above range microwave for four days and no compensation

Booking and cleanliness was good. First ten minutes of my stay I reported the oven range microwave not working. Being on vacation a microwave is used a lot to reheat or warm up food especially with a family and kids staying in the house during a week long stay. The property owner and property manager did respond to my concern the same day. Unfortunately after figuring out the microwave wasn’t repairable and a new microwave wasn’t purchased untilthe forth day of my stay. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that the microwave was broken but vrbo, property owner or the property manager didn’t want to compensate me for not having a microwave to use until the fourth day of my stay. I spent four days talking or texting with the property owner, property manager and vrbo customer service. Wanting and staying around the property because of the repair guy going in and out of the house trying to diagnose, repair and replace the broken above range microwave. No one wanted to give me credit for not having a usable microwave for four days of my stay at the property. I had some weird experiences happen in the house and they made fun of me when I told them about it.
