Welcome to our luxurious private villa in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort located within minutes from Disney and other main attractions in the Central Florida area. Located off the famous US 192 tourist corridor, the visitors find themselves surrounded by every amenity imaginable. Restaurants, groceries, big box stores and a host of other businesses and activities are within miles of our vacation home. With only just over an hour's drive to enjoy the Florida coast, our home's location will make whatever type of vacation you have in mind (theme parks, beaches, golf courses) easy to accomplish.


As you drive up through the winding, palm lined road with the colonnaded entry, you will be amazed at the dramatic entrance to this gated enclave. Once through the front gates, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve...Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. It is just the beginning of the grandeur that awaits you at our home!


Our luxury villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This home has been updated in late 2020 including new laminate floors in the upstairs bedrooms, a movie theatre added to the fully air-conditioned garage and fresh painting throughout the house. The south facing backyard is private, includes your own pool and spa, covered porch and lanai.

[KITCHEN AND DINING] Our kitchen is equipped to make your vacation feel comfortable and at ease. Small appliances including a drip coffee maker, a Kuerig machine, blender, Instant Pot, toaster, slow cooker, and air fryer are available for your use. A large island makes gathering for Happy hour or a casual meal quite inviting. Our large, beautiful dining room will provide the ambiance for loved ones to enjoy each other in a more formal setting.


[PRIVATE POOL & SPA] Our backyard boasts a covered porch, large, heated pool and spa all under a connected Lanai to provide the ultimate Florida backyard experience! The property is south facing so will receive a large amount of sun through the entire day. A large Smart TV is mounted on the wall to enjoy the big game or must-see events while enjoying the backyard. Plenty of seating is available including loungers for those sun worshippers in your group! There is a pool safety fence that is set up for your arrival that is not in the pictures.


[ENTERTAINMENT] Our home includes a newly renovated, fully airconditioned Movie Theatre with a 120inch screen to enjoy movies and video games on! Perfect for a family movie or for the kids to disappear and enjoy while the adults relax on the large sectional couch in the family room. There is a large Smart TV mounted in the family room. Each bedroom has a Smart TV to enjoy as well as a large Smart TV outside under the covered porch. Cable and WIFI are available throughout the house. The Pool table is a terrific way to have some competitive fun while enjoying your vacation with friends and family.

Great location/neighborhood, wonderful property, even more wonderful host

The neighborhood is exclusive but we felt very welcome at the guard house and clubhouse, the clubhouse attendee offered us all neighborhood amenities and was very helpful. The property was clean and cared for, and so spacious! Those in our party with work obligations easily found space to work while we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Chris, our host contacted us a couple of weeks before our arrival to make sure we had all instructions and was a top-notch communicator the entire time when we needed. Simply the most excellent host I’ve ever experienced! Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfy and everything was thoughtfully set up for our stay. We LOVED the movie theater room, and we and our adult children enjoyed watching our fav family movies as quote-and-sing-alongs, so fun in that atmosphere… Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommend and we will be back

My family and family friends had a wonderful time in this property. The house is spacious that everyone had their own room and bathrooms. The pool was a huge hit, esp with my 3-year old grandson, with the life vest for his size was so helpful, thank you. Chris is a wonderful host/manager.

Great host, great property, great experience.

The host was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We had 10 people and the indoor and outdoor common areas worked well for that group size. The large bedrooms and other areas provided privacy when needed.

Son Bday Getaway

I brought my son here so he could go to Magic Kingdom for his birthday. He loved it here. The hosts were very attentive, kind, and accommodating. It’s so many things to do in the home. There was also events going on in the office. The surrounding area has plenty restaurants, shopping centers and places for entertainment. Me and my family had a ball. I will definitely return. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. The area is very nice, great restaurants and close to Disney parks which was the main reason for our visit. The perfect getaway

I cannot thank Chris enough for being a great host. The size and cleanliness of the home exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there. We prepared in case there wasn't enough, but actually brought home unopened supplies. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. This allowed all 7 of us to have some decompression time after a full day at the parks. Our host, Chris, kept the lines of communication open. If i had a question, he responded promptly. Plus he was really accommodating and hospitable, which is a rare find these days. If given the opportunity, I would go there again. We really appreciated you, Chris!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Chris is very responsive when contacted. When presented with a few minor issues, light bulbs and such, Chris has prople on our doorstep within hours. This was a well furnished, well appointed home. Within minutes of the parks! Thank you Chris for sharing your home!
