The interior is large and delightfully decorated as pictures show. The location is great. However, the back view of the pool area is inaccurate. You are looking at a hill with rooftops on the opposite side with a public sidewalk and public street in between with steady traffic. The pool was cloudy when we arrived, but did clear by evening. Sofas and chairs need replacing, as you sink to the floor when using. One chair had a metal synch band around its broken leg. Mattresses need replacing, as they are soft and lumpy. Bedroom carpet in master is filthy and worn. Seams in other carpet areas have separated. Master shower floor is slick when wet, with no grab bar. The electrical outlet next to master bed doesn’t work. You have to decide between the broken clock top or lamp to be plugged in. Some towels were stained and the extra blanket in master closet had crusty food spots on it. Baseboards in a lot of areas are black with dust. Blind across the slider is missing slats and broken, so no complete privacy. There are not enough complete dishes for 15 people. Kitchen lacked a can opener, complete set of measuring cups and spoons. There was no mixer. You cannot lock the front door from outside. The garage door does not shut from outside. You rush and jump over the laser beam to shut. There were no instructions for use of the tv and could not get channels on cable. Faucet in bathroom next to pool is missing screen cap causing water to spray. The washer and dryer do not work properly.
