Please Note
This is a self-catering home – we’ll provide a starter kit with toilet paper, dish soap, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and trash bags to get you settled in
Professionally cleaned before each stay (no daily housekeeping; mid-stay cleans available for a $150/per clean fee)
Pets allowed up to 4 (all pet fees must be paid for before)
No Smoking Policy: $500 fines apply. VRBO may ban violators from the platform and future stays.

Backyard & Fence
The home features a full fence with an open backyard — perfect for entertaining, playing with pets, or enjoying family gatherings.

Gatherings & Neighborhood
- No loud music – Please keep music and noise at a reasonable level, especially outdoors. No loudspeakers or profane music, as there are young children who live adjacent to this home.
- Maximum of 15 guests – Daytime gatherings are welcome as long as they have been pre-approved by our management team and they do not exceed this limit. $150 Fee Applies per event, must be paid prior to check-in.
- No rowdy or disruptive parties – This helps us maintain good standing with our neighbors and ensures all guests feel comfortable.
- Quiet hours – All activity should wind down by 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends. Strictly enforced. Any noise complaints will be reported to the authorities.
- No smoking of any kind- Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere on the property, and violations will be subject to a fine of up to $500.
- Parking – Please use the driveway and available side street parking only, so as not to block neighbors from entering/exiting their driveways
- Security - We have external cameras listed online and onsite, which store motion clips and will be submitted to VRBO support or local authorities if illegal or disruptive activities are taking place.

Towels & Linens
To make your stay comfortable, we provide freshly laundered bedding and towels for each guest. Including - full bedding on all beds (sheets, pillows, blankets), bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and bath mats.

Trash Disposal
We have 2 kitchen-sized bins in the house: 1 for trash, 1 for recycling. In addition, the overflow can go into the large capacity trash (black) and recycle (maroon) bins on the left side of the garage.

BBQ Grill
The BBQ uses propane. Guests may refill or exchange the tank at any local gas station.

Fire Pit
The fire pit takes standard wood logs. Please use caution and do not open the umbrella while the fire is active.

Pool, Playground & Game Room
These areas are open for your enjoyment but require adult supervision at all times.

Free Parking
Enjoy hassle-free parking with a 2-car garage (space for 1 car) and driveway space for up to 4 cars. Street parking is permitted for overflow for an additional 3 cars (total 8 cars allowed).
Note: Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats that do not fit on the driveway are not allowed.

You’re welcome to order online! UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliver directly to the door.

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
Our home is in a family-friendly community with families with kids nearby. All events and activities must end by 9 pm weekdays and 10 pm weekends. Neighborhood watch will call the authorities for disruptive noise and activities
