Good place for family

This was a good place to stay with your family. I liked that it included a grill. However, i would suggest providing more pillows and comforters because some were missing. Also, during the check process, I was unaware that we had to wash all of our towels and sheets. I assumed that the house keeping would do that and I ended up having to pay for a few that weren't clean.

Family Trip

Thank you again for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to plan our next trip. The home provided an ample amount of space for sleeping, dining and entertainment. We requested to have the pool and spa heated and the water felt amazing. The grass area behind the pool make great space to play corn hole and through around the football a bit. My family really enjoyed the short walk from the home to the communities Club House, where we enjoyed the tiki bars, water park and dining. However, there were a few things that could have gone better. The property is listed as a gaming home. All family equipment upstairs are in serious need of repairing. The foosball table needs adjusting, the pool table side cushions were pretty much nonexistent, there was no gaming console (thank goodness we brought our own) and the movie theater was….well just a space. The projector glitches and there is absolutely No sound system connected. The kids were highly disappointed because there was no way to have a movie night. An outlet in the “movie” room also needs to be replaced. The other part of our stay that was dissatisfying was the pool alarm. Granted the system is in place for safety, but there must be a way to keep the sliding glass doors open without the alarm going off. The home came equipped with screen doors that were in usable because the glass doors had to remain closed the entire time. We were really looking forward to having the cross winds blow through the home. Overall the trip was still a success. We would most certainly stay at Encore Resort again. Jeeves had amazing communication before, during and even after our family weekend. It wasn’t a perfect 10 stars but we would say our experience was a strong 7.5 - 8 stars.

BEWARE: Not As Advertised!

BEWARE! They are advertising this house with a home theater and a PS4 game system and there is no functional home theater nor is there a game system! When I first checked in, I called and emailed to report that the home theater room was missing components and was not a functioning home theater, and I was told that a person would be here the next day "at 10am sharp" to set up the theater room. Nobody showed up until near the end of the day, but when he got here, he said he wasn't here to hook anything up, he was just here to see what needed to be done. He was visibly floored and apologized and said it didn't even look like the room was ever finished. I told him that I was told it would be set up that day, to which he apologized and said hopefully it would be done on the next day. So now it's day 3 of no functioning home theater, and I was told that the gentleman was out working on other houses, but that he would "definitely" be here by 5pm to set up the room. When nobody showed up by 4:45pm, I called and asked about an ETA, and it was only then that I was told that Jeeves (the property management company) was waiting for the owner to approve the ordering of components. So basically they had no intention of setting up the theater nor did they have any intention of delivering a PS4, they just gave me the runaround for the entirety of my 4-night stay. And now that I am asking for a refund, they are invoking Covid as an excuse to say that's why they haven't been able to get the missing components or set up the theater room, after leading me on for 4 days that they were "so sorry" and they would fix these issues. Do yourself a favor and rent another house from another company. Also, they might try and respond to this and say they tried to fix these issues or some other nonsense, but I have the emails and I have pictures of the property. I also have pictures of the filthy walls, the broken pool table, broken chair, holes in the ceiling, etc. I've documented everything.

Nothing

I’ve did not have enough towels for everyone. It was so hot in there that everyone complained they couldn’t sleep. One of the refrigerator was not working til my son fixed it
