Just 10 miles away from the delights of Disneyworld, we invite you to take a step back and enjoy all that vacation can be. After a fun day visiting one of the theme parks (or a chill day between park visits) everyone needs to relax and refresh. Our home offers 4 bedrooms, an amazing open concept living, fully equipped kitchen area and a game room (includes a futon, smart TV, foosball table, books & games) for kiddos to enjoy!
The gated community offers a lovely outdoor pool just steps away from the property, which all guests have access to. The home is conveniently located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and fast foods nearby (Chick-fil-A, Steak/n Shake). Walmart Supercenter is a 2 min drive or 6 min walk, along with convenient food take out options (Pizza, Mexican and Chinese).
You are within a 5 minute drive of Hiking Trails, Shingle Creek Regional Park, Medieval Times and Outlet shops.

Toiletries are included and we offer complimentary tea and coffee. Parking available: garage (1 car), driveway and street parking.

Spring Break Florida

This was a wonderful house for all 11 of us! Plenty of space while we were there! Easy access to purchase groceries, restaurants, entertainment. We didn’t spend a lot of time as we were enjoying all that Florida has to offer. The property owners were wonderful to communicate with. They were quick to answer any questions we had!I would recommend this place!

Family trip

The place was confortable. There were lots of places to eat or shop. My only complaint will be that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and parking lot is hectic. We only had 2 cars and we barely fit on the driveway. So others within the Community were parking on the street and it was difficult to go in and out of the property.

We missed garbage day (my fault for not thoroughly reading rental instructions) but garbages were chuck full when we arrived (not our trash). 20 minutes away from Disney, gated street but still felt slightly sketch. House was clean. Washer kept tripping the breaker.

Home away from home

Over all we loved this property and would book again. There are a few things we had to get used to. The front door lock we had to put the code in twice for it to unlock, the fire alarm is seriously the loudest alarm I have ever heard and it kept going off because of bacon grease ( our own fault and we appreciate such a great alarm to keep everyone safe) the washer leaks a little and will throw the breaker, and the dryer has be turned on a couple times to fully dry clothes, the interior door in the garage handle will fall off. With that being said the property is great for a vacation close to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. The stores are very close by and has plenty of places to chose from if you want to get a bite to eat. The pool is heated and is salt water. My family loved it.The property is decorated modern and is very cute. Great water pressure and the water gets nice and hot. We had 9 people ages 65, 60, 35,36, 17, 16, 16, 14, and 14. It was a great home away from home. Plenty of space and beds. With all things, there is good things and some things that aren’t so good, but I would recommend this listing. Hopefully we will get to book it again.

Good size and location for us with multiple families staying together. Neighborhood street is kind of tight with limited parking, although since the house is at the end of the street is does help with parking in cul de sac.

Lovely Home

Very clean cut design/ homie feel. Close to many restaurants like Medieval Times. Very close to grocery store. And a short drive to Universal or Disney Parks. Julie was very helpful, whenever we needed to ask a question. Highly recommend this home.

Best home I’ve ever stayed in

The property was amazing - centrally located, clean, layout was great with adequately sized rooms. Any questions we had, the host was very quick to answer and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Definitely plan on staying here again for my next Orlando trip!

Great Space

We brought a group to Orlando to serve at Give Kids The World and this house made our trip so easy. It has great gathering space. Plenty of sleeping space. It is clean and neat. Owners are very responsive to needs. Loved it.

Nice Place

Great Place Close to everything

This property was clean and close to everything. Ru and Julie were available before and during my stay. There was amenities for all ages, even a tabletop highchair for infants
