The Space:

Step inside this stunning townhouse at Windsor Island Resort and discover a haven of comfort and style. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious open-concept living area, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this level. Upstairs, you'll find five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a luxurious king-size bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 3 also boasts a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 5 provides a single bed. There are two additional full bathrooms to accommodate all guests. Step outside to your private oasis, where a sparkling pool awaits. Enjoy sun-soaked days and refreshing dips, all within the privacy of your own backyard. The property also features a patio or balcony, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including all five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. Enjoy the open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private dining space. Step outside to your private oasis with a sparkling pool and patio/balcony area. Additionally, guests can enjoy resort-style amenities at Windsor Island Resort, such as the communal pool and gym.

Nestled in the heart of Davenport, your Windsor Island Resort townhouse offers easy access to a wealth of attractions. You're just minutes away from the magic of Walt Disney World (a short drive!), making it a perfect base for theme park adventures. Dining options abound, with a variety of restaurants catering to every taste, from casual eateries to fine dining experiences, all within a convenient distance. For shopping enthusiasts, numerous retail outlets and shopping centers are also nearby. The resort itself boasts fantastic amenities, including a communal pool and gym, adding to the overall vacation experience. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything while still having a relaxing retreat at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around from your Windsor Island Resort townhouse is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient access to major roadways. Parking is readily available with free parking on the premises and on the street. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 35-45 minute drive away. Consider ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation to and from the airport. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so planning for a car rental or using ride-sharing services is advisable to fully enjoy your stay and visit attractions like Walt Disney World, which is a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Smoking is not allowed inside the townhouse. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours. Please be aware that the private pool is for your exclusive use, but please supervise children at all times. The resort amenities, including the communal pool and gym, are accessible to guests. Pool Heat (Optional): Pool heating is available for $45 per day. If you choose to add pool heat, it must be purchased for the entire duration of your reservation. We are unable to offer pool heating for only part of your stay, as maintaining a consistent water temperature requires continuous heating.





BBQ Grill Rental

Enjoy outdoor cooking during your stay! We offer a propane BBQ grill for a flat fee of $75 per stay. The rental includes the grill, a full propane tank, and grilling utensils, so everything is ready for you to enjoy.

If you'd like to use the grill during your stay, please let us know before or upon arrival, and we'll have it ready for you.
