The Space:
Step into our newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome, designed for maximum comfort and style! The spacious living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all leading to a private heatable pool for relaxation. The first floor features a cozy queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs, indulge in the master king suite, alongside two incredible themed bedrooms that kids will love—a Mickey-themed room with a bunk bed (double + single) and a Mario Bros-themed room with a bunk bed (double + single), both sharing a bathroom. Additional conveniences include a laundry room, free Wi-Fi, parking, and a welcome kit with essential bathroom and kitchen items. Experience the perfect blend of luxury and fun in this stunning retreat!
(replenish of bathroom and kitchen amenities are the guest responsibility. Heating the pool is a paid service and there is also a fee charged to use the barbecue grill)

House is located near the main club house so you are able to walk to and from it if you would like to leave it for lunch/dinner. House was clean and host had great communication.

Beautiful home, very clean for the most part. We stayed 4 days, couldn’t access the pool for evening/ night swimming due to light bulb being out in the pool and it wasn’t replaced until the day before we left. A trail of ants in the Mario themed bedroom bit a guest in which they had an allergic reaction and one side of their face was swollen. After reporting the ants and the pool issue, pest control did come out the following day to spray. No reasonable accommodation from UNE homes when asked—for at least not being able to swim whenever we wanted, which is one of the reasons why we booked the pool home. I enjoyed Champions Gate, but I will not book another home there if UNE is managing the property.

Didn’t go on vacation to deal with the cable company 2 small kids and no tv.

We had no tv for most of our 5 day stay we complained to the property manager, the cable company came and couldn’t access the equipment we called at least 3 or 4 times and spent most of our vacation trying to get the tv fixed. Not acceptable

Very nice property

This had been updated within the last year. New large screen tv, furniture, most flooring, etc. Very clean and management was prompt to respond to any questions.

House was clean. Management was very easy to work with. Had a chirping smoke alarm (low battery) they were there within the hour. Definitely would stay again.

Potential, but not there

This property has potential if they fix several issues. The beds were miserable. We didn’t get a good night’s rest, and our backs started hurting because the mattresses were lumpy. The listing offered a pac n play and high chair, which led us to believe that it would be appropriate for young children. However, there was a steep staircase and no offering of a baby gate for the top of the stairs. Without the baby gate, it’s definitely not an infant- or toddler-friendly house. The kitchen is woefully understocked. There were no oven mitts, which made the oven almost useless. There were barely any cooking utensils or cookware. There was no cutting board. There are holes in the wall of the downstairs bathroom. Also ants were crawling on the soap we had in there, and I found a few in the kitchen too. The chair in the corner is pretty comfy. The couch was comfy too. I actually debated sleeping in it instead of bed. Staff was very responsive on messages and proactive on messages.
