With 6 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. This beautiful home features a gourmet kitchen, a large backyard and a private pool/spa. Guests have full access to incredible amenities, including a huge luxury clubhouse, swimming pool, arcade room and much more.

With this property the entire group has free access to the resort clubhouse, which includes so many activities for children and adults all under one roof! With so much activities to do, this is a vacation rental at a low price, compared to what is offered. Beautiful Stay! Very enjoyable property.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. This property is well maintained and very clean! From the time we walked in the door, we were amazed. I love a property that smells fresh and clean. The amenities were awesome. My son enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. Everything was perfect! I plan to book this property again for our trip back to Orlando in a couple months!

Family summer vacation

Our family consisted of 6 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs. This property was perfect for us. Although my parents (in their 70s) did not enjoy the smart light switches, the rest of us did. The rental included all of the amenities. My dad enjoyed golf, the kids enjoyed the pool and played water basketball with some other kids. I enjoyed the lazy river. There is something for everyone. We will be back next year. Thank you for hosting us. We did have some issues that were resolved immediately and the response time was impressive. Thank you for making this trip so relaxing. 💗

Home away from home

The property was very cleaned as expected. The neighborhood was very quiet and the landscaping was beautiful. Me and my family enjoyed this house we will definitely stay again. The kitchen was equipped with all appliances except for a Keurig Coffee Maker. I had to go old school to a coffee pot with a filter to make coffee. All bedding was very clean and comfortable. If you stay here take advantage of the clubhouse. It has a lazy river, a Tiki Bar and the food was great. We had a movie night, Karoke night and a dance party. You will feel like you’re right at home

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and would recommend to family and friend. The only concern I have now is after we left, we were charged an additional fee and I’ve been waiting to hear back from the property manager just to see what the charge was for. Nothing bad but I’ve called multiple times at their number and messaged them multiple times both via email and through VRBO inbox feature and I have not gotten any response from them. Prior to trip, communication with their team was really good and response time was within minutes to an hour so was just looking for a quick answer on the charge. Otherwise, again would definitely recommend this house to others.

We enjoyed our stay

It was a good experience. The place was nice and the kids loved the pool. We contacted maintenance about the refrigerator not working properly and the pool needing to be cleaned and they responded promptly and fixed the issue.

Very clean as pictured

Spacious clean house, plenty of room for all of us. Property manager was very quick to respond. Had a problem with the pool on first day, had someone there to fix it very quickly. Nieghborhood is a little bit loud at night, and lots of garbage.

Clean affordable spacious property.

Property was exactly as listed and affordable. There weren't any major issues while there. The only thing was some of the electrical outlets did not work. I would rent this property again.

Plenty of room and close to the clubhouse and pools.

Checking/scanning in at the gate each time was kind of a pain and took time. The house was clean and had plenty of room, but the living room furniture was not very useful or comfortable. Property owner responded quickly any time we had a question. The clubhouse and pool areas are nice but food and drinks are expensive.

Property okay, property manager fantastic

The gated community we were in, Champions Gate, left some details/quality to be improved on. The pool heater was broken when we got there, and only got it working halfway through our stay. The pool also had a large leak which required constant filling and it was only cleaned once in our 2 months stay. Also, the neighborhood was quite noisy, because of partying, but the house was large and comfortable and well equipped. The brightest star was Gustavo, our contact with the property manager. He went well beyond ordinary service to help us make our stay memorable. He was responsive, helpful, and obviously cared about our satisfaction with our stay. Our stay wouldn't have been as nice without all of his help! Thank you Gustavo!

It was a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time. The property manager was responsive to all questions and very accessible. The property was very clean when we arrived and had starter supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, soap, etc) for us to use. We made an excellent choice.

Great Property

We arrived to find the property as it was advertised. No surprises (others in the same community had issues but we felt very fortunate). Location is perfect with the Championship complex and very convenient to the Clubhouse and its amenities. Property management was always prompt with answers to our questions from before we got there and during our stay. The pool water level was a bit low for the filtering but there was a service checking on it. Only suggestions would be to add a few hooks behind the bathroom doors so towels can dry for re-use and to add a drainboard mat in the kitchen so you do not have to have the rack over the second sink. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Such a nice villa

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful with everything we needed. Maintenance staff responded to an issue with the pool immediately and we were able to use the pool at all times. My daughter cried when she realized she left her baby stroller at home and I told her I would buy one when we get there, and we were amazed when we got to the villa and there was not only a pack.and play for the baby, but a stroller too! We were very happy in this villa.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay here in this home. We went with your family to celebrate my daughters 2 Birthday and it was spacious enough for all of us, very clean and we loved that it had a play pen for usage and a net around the pool, definitely children friendly and the house in itself is beautiful, great stay.

this property was the perfect size for our bridal party. very clean. all services we asked for were available i.e. heated pool & full grill tank. i do wish there was a hot tub but I reserved the property knowing it was not available. the decor was perfect for the wedding colors. property manager was very responsive to all of my questions prior to our stay. i did not have to call or email about anything during our stay. it was just great! thank you so much! we will be back!
