Customer Service Needs Improvement
We arrived at the location at 3:50 PM. We had not received our gate or door information yet but was able to make it to the house via a back gate that was open. We were told that they were behind on cleaning so we could not go in. They assured us that it would only be about another hour. We told them we would wait in the parking lot becuase we had a wreck on the way to our vacation and did not want to leave. It was about 6 PM with some pressuring before we got the codes to get in. The place was not that clean and needed some additional care. Towels and rags were not available in all bathrooms and most ran out of toilet paper after the first night. We were visiting for the amusement parks so we were literally just using location for sleeping. Had there been some additional care taken prior to our arrival, it would have been a much better experience.
