Located in Calabay Parc , Large 4 bed home with 3 full bathrooms, Sleeps 8 guests , Covered Lanai area to sit by pool night or day, rain or shine.
Pool and Spa, Full game room in garage.
Dining room, separate breakfast area, Open floor plan for living room, Master bedroom has king bed, Second room has queen bed with full bathroom.
Third room has queen bed , Fourth room with two twin beds that share bathroom.
washer and dryer, upgraded tvs, handicap wheelchair ramps, and master bathroom has been converted to be handicap wheelchair friendly , ramps to pool area.
Fully stocked with linens, dishes, towels.
Can be to Walt Disney World in about 22 minutes.
Cocoa Beach is only about a hour drive.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30 per day extra.. AC units can not be set below 72 degrees in summer time.

Nice house with a pool. Everything was very clean. Had a problem with the AC, the property manager had a repair person out to the house within 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Got it fixed quickly, crisis averted. Very responsive propery manager.

When we arrived the entrance info was accurate. The villa was very welcoming and clean. Well staged like a magazine. Made me fell really good. Everything was perfect. If we needed help they responded quickly to our email.

Perfect place

Incredible home it was perfect for my disabled daughter the home was handicapped equipped. Beautiful and clean fun game room and the pool you could stay in all day!! Very close to Disney SeaWorld too.

House was perfect for our family, this was our second time staying here! Large spacious house for the whole family, has everything you need. Strollers, high chairs etc. Close to Disney, located in a good area close to food & shopping. Host is always wonderful & responds fast. We’d definitely stay here again

Nice Villa

This was a nice clean and tidy villa which has had the pool area extended which wasn't reflected with the images held on the website. This is far from a negative but perhaps would help the agent get more bookings if they updated the ad images.Nice quiet area with facilities nearby however you need to be aware that at busy times of the day it can take anything from 40 mins to an hour to reach the Disney parks and over an hour to get to Universal. The I4 gets clogged and the alternative routes also get clogged due to this. If you don't mind the traffic or just not interested in the parks then I fully recommend this villa. Good and prompt communication with the villa agents when required.

Had a wonderful vacation, close to all attractions. Grandkids loved the pool. Home was wonderful. Manager came out when notified of something needed fixed same day. All stores were very close by (starbucks, McDonald’s, grocery etc.) Hope to rent this home again.

Poor communication

Upon returning to the home, air conditioning was non-functioning. The numbers in the manual. All disconnected! Finally tracked down owner who told us to call Manager and gave us a number. I called her and she said she would have a repairman out there within an hour. After almost 2 hours and no communication, I called her again and Manager stated, neither repair man was returning pages. But she did not bother to tell us that! Called her again the next day at noon after no communication, she stated repair band had been there at 8 AM. We were at the house and no repairman ever had shown up ! She promised two portable air conditioners, which never came. We ended up leaving because of the heat. When we got to the house, it was cool. We have rented this house several times before, I don’t know if it is new management or what, but the condition of the house has deteriorated. Loose carpet causing tripping risks., sheets on beds are stained and extremely thin. House smelled like rotten fish. We ran water down all drains and smell got better.

Beautiful home but many downsides

The house is beautiful, the only downside we’re: the toilet in the master bedroom was small, reminded of kindergarten toilets, no bath tub, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, the towels were old and no separate pool towels available. Only one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, no sponge or dishwasher soap available, the refrigerator didn’t work well, and most disappointing no grill, binder had info where to rent one, batteries in remotes for tv’s dead, way too hot in game room to enjoy and the Roku didn’t connect, wifi weak

Excellent property

Everything was as we would have wished. Excellent property for a wheelchair user. Outside space is very good and spacious. If we were to return to Florida this property would be number 1 to book.
