Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for our 3 day event at Orange County Convention Center. The layout worked great for my adult children and myself. The pool and bar area is close, clean, and well maintained. I especially liked the walking path around the little lake and walked it daily. The balcony/outdoor seating area is tiny but fun to sit and watch the birds and other wildlife around the lake.

Newer property

Overall this place was great! The condo was nice and welcoming. Loved that it was on the first floor but in the back. The pool area was clean and new. Even had a fire pit. Can walk to Publix and a few restaurants. My only complaint was the thermostat was set and I was unable to put it lower like I like it. If you are a hot natured person just know you are not able to put it lower than 70/68 degrees. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Fun time away from home

The unit we stayed at was very clean. The kids loved their room. Easy to get to pool and store. The pool was one of the main reasons for choosing Vista Cay. Easy to get to other areas as well. Would come back to Vista Cay again

As expected - convenient location!

Stayed at this property during the Jr National VB tourney and the location was amazing. Property was as described and manager was responsive with questions prior to and during our stay. Master bedroom mattress was collapsed on 1 side - still useable. I reported this to the manager so hopefully it will be replaced prior to the next guests.

Great Process

I cannot say enough good about the quick response in communication! The check in/out process was easy! No complaints as far as the house. Description on the VRBO website was accurate. The only complaint was that there was construction going on where the grills were located, and we were unable to grill out. Recommend that the management property place grills in a place that they can be used during construction. This is no fault of the VRBO/rental company.

It's a great location being very close to the grocery store, the pool, and with quick road access for the convention center. We plan to come back. A very nice place.

AAU nationals stay

Our stay was great this is a nice property and for our family well. We had an issue with the ac and the door lock but the property owner got on it quickly and took care of it for us. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

This condo was everything and more! We were visiting Orlando for AAU Volleyball Nationals and this location could not have been in a better spot. We were 2 miles away from the convention center, up the side walk from Publix grocery store, as well as, Dunking Donuts, a burger joint, steakhouse, pizza and confesses restaurants. It’s a prime location and close to everything. I love when do not have to walk far for restaurants and the grocery store. I love the intimate setting the pool provides. It’s not too far from the main pool. I’m more partial to the pool near our unit. It backs up to the lake we walked around every morning. The unit looks just like pictures and more. It was very clean and well thought out for families. We will definitely be back. Thank you for providing us with a home away from home

Ants

Ants all over the master batbroom flor ans sink. I told owner first day. They came and strayed but it did not kill them. They were all over my toiletries and dop kit. Cost me m$ 40 to go buy all new essentials. Ants persisted for 4 days. They never died. It was gross.
