  • Esta fabulosa casa de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños se encuentra en 7438 Gathering Ct en Kissimmee, FL. Como huésped del Reunion Resort oficial, experimentará los servicios y comodidades de un AAA Four Diamond Resort. Tendrá acceso ilimitado GRATUITO al parque acuático para 12 invitados, así como acceso para jugar en nuestros tres campos de golf Signature, diseñados por Watson, Palmer y Nicklaus. También ofrecemos servicio de recepción las 24 horas, servicios de botones y comidas en la habitación de 4pm a 10pm todas las noches (11pm los fines de semana).     Esta hermosa casa Estate está idealmente ubicada con vista al hoyo 7 del campo de golf Watson. Al entrar en esta espaciosa casa de planta abierta decorada con buen gusto, te recibe un hermoso comedor a la izquierda con capacidad para 8 personas. Continúe hasta la sala de estar principal donde encontrará asientos con chimenea, un bar con fregadero, una cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y asientos para 4 personas, y una cómoda zona de estar con TV de pantalla grande. Desde la sala de estar puede acceder a la terraza de la piscina con spa y comedor con asientos al aire libre para 8. El dormitorio principal con cama King y TV de pantalla plana también se encuentra junto a la sala de estar. Arriba, encontrará 4 habitaciones más, todas con camas queen y baños privados, televisores de pantalla plana y todas con acceso al balcón. Un cuarto de lavado arriba completa el diseño.

We have a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and helpful. The rest is incredible with new options like Pickleball and there are activities for adults and children. It is a place to always return and recommend.

A Great Week

My Family and I had a great week at the resort and the Sycamore. The home was full of brand new amenities and very clean. The pool was warm every day which was nice because the weather wasn't great all week. Easy access to the golf courses and kids activities. Lawrence the shuttle driver was fantastic.

Sycamore was Outstanding!

This home was amazing! Beautifully furnished, very roomy, and able to handle a larger group. We were impressed with the quality of the construction and furnishings, and the “extras” in the kitchen, for example. We used the pool and hot tub, and we enjoyed the large TV room. In spite of some bad weather, we had an outstanding time at the Reunion Resort.

Good

Second time at this rental home. Good room for the entire family. Tough for the air conditioners as second floor and additional upper area open to the ground floor which makes it tough to keep the entire house cool. Temperature was ok but during the day in the summer can get a little warm in the house. Main bedroom downstairs never really got cool. First stay the refrigerator didn't work so a temporary unit was brought in which worked. Second stay the refrigerator again had issues so maintenance had to bring a backup again. Maintenance was great at bringing the backup unit. They remembered me as it was only a couple of months between our stays. All in all a good stay and location of the house was great but may think twice about renting this house again.

Beautiful Home

We rented this home for an Anniversary celebration in May 2021. As with all rentals there are Pros and Cons. I'll start with the Cons, there were a few things that were strictly maintenance issues that didn't affect the quality of the stay but were slight inconveniences during the stay. The sliding door (outside pool area) is broken or off the track and doesn't open and close freely. Annoying going in and out to that area. BBQ Grill front handle broken. Outdoor outlets did not work. PROS: Beautiful Home, Well Appointed, Spacious, Great Area, Great Location, Comfortable bedding, Stocked Appliances in Kitchen. Overall: Would DEFINITELY consider this home for future visits to Orlando area. Enjoyed our stay!

Good

We had a great time as always when we have stayed at your resort. But I would like to point out a couple of issues with the Homestead Sycamore. We never had the internet. There was no dishwasher soap, There was no tissue paper (Kleenex). The water in the downstairs master was strange. Sometimes one of the sinks wouldn't work and the water pressure in that bathroom (and only that bathroom), would fluctuate strangely. Also, one of the faucet handles came off. The worst part was the upstairs A/C. The bedrooms were 82 to 85 degrees. That being said, we will be back and hope that the next house we get is more like the ones we have had in the past.

Not what you expect.....

The house that was rented was not as expected. A list of items that were broken include the hot tub, pool heater, both sliding patio doors, patio screen doors, kitchen chairs, pool chairs and table, family tv, exposed electrical outlet in the floor in family room. When you pay a decent amount to stay in a house, you should not have to deal with these issues on vacation. None of the issues were fully corrected as well. Huge disappointment!
