Silver Palms is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Corner Townhouse in one of the closest neighborhoods to Disney! Windsor Palms is highly sought after as it's a gated community boasting amenities normally found in private resorts. Just 4 miles to Disney's gate, this home is convenient to shopping, dining and of course, all of the parks.

As you enter the home, the downstairs queen bedroom features a warm and inviting decor and has direct access to the family bathroom. There is a TV and plenty of space for your clothing.

The spacious kitchen features a breakfast bar and has a view of the splash pool. Grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar or sit down at the dining table for a delicious home cooked meal.

Lounge in the comfortable living room furniture, including a super comfortable chair and ottoman that will be the perfect place for an after theme park nap. All of this is just steps from the screened in splash pool.

The splash pool is the perfect location to grab some sun, or cool off from a busy day. Bigger than a hot tub, smaller than a conventional pool, the splash pool is sure to please everyone in your family. The corner location means more sunshine and plenty of breezes to make for a perfect poolside day.

Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The twin room features its own bathroom a TV and plenty of closet/storage space. The King Master Suite is well appointed with a TV and ample space for your belongings. The private master bath will make you feel like home after a long day having fun. PLEASE NOTE:
*Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

There were multiple dead bugs when we arrived at this property. The property management team wanted us to complete our stay, saying they had resolved the issue. Bugs are not an issue that can be resolved in less than an hour.They refused to refund our stay, they did not offer to move us to another property. They told us we should expect this, it's Florida. We rent properties in Kissimmee at least a few times a year and never had this problem in other properties. My sister literally lived down the street from this house and had no problem. The place should have been cleaned and checked before we arrived.

Great place

I would suggest repairing the blinds on the front door, they are in need of replacement. There needs to be more lighting (lamps) in the living room area. Will keep contact info to stay here again!

Needs upgrading badly

I can't say enough good things about the resort and the people working there. However, it looked like the condo we rented has not been painted, rug has never been shampooed, vents never wiped, or anything upgraded in 30 years. The shower door on the main level did not open and close, luckily we only had 2 people staying there and did not need to use this shower. Also, all of the toilets had toilet brushes beside them, but it seemed like no one every used them before our visit. We managed to get all of them cleaned with a hard scrub. My brother stayed at a different condo in the same resort, and you can tell that theirs was upgraded within the last 1-2 years and everything looked much cleaner than ours.

Disney & Universal Vacation Spring Break 2024

The property was true to the listing. Close to Disney and Universal (albeit you run into 10-15 mins of traffic everyday to and fro to the parks). Property was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Great community amenities for all: pool, arcade, small theatre, tennis, pickle ball, basketball. Property managers were readily available and communication was clear. We would definitely use this property for future vacations to Orlando and surrounding areas.

Great location

I’ve stayed in this community several times, but this was my first time staying at a Magical Stays property. Host was very responsive when I reached out. Townhome is in a great location (minutes away from shopping, restaurants and not far from major attractions) and there are several amenities onsite. One minus was the cleanliness of the property. The carpet and fabric chairs need to be spot treated. Things like that bothered me greatly, and my family was disappointed with the size of the bedroom televisions. Other than that, I’d recommend and would give the place another chance.

Cleanliness and plumbing issues

We had several issues during our stay. The first was what appeared to be vomit on the sheets and comforter in the master bedroom. Next, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise and then began leaking water all over the floor. We got no response to an initial request for help, so I ended up making a fix ourselves to stop the water. But we spent the better part of the day soaking up the water with towels. The tub in the master bathroom also drained very slow and we ended up standing in water every time we showered. That issue was reported immediately and never fixed during our stay. Another bathroom had a very wobbly faucet in the sink, and we were concerned about that beginning to leak as well. Lastly, there were a significant number of small ants on one of the walls in the master bedroom. We requested at least a partial refund for having to deal with all these issues during our vacation but were denied, basically told that these things happen. Would not stay again.

Great home away from home

Townhouse was a perfect setup for us 4 adults. Great place to come back to after our busy days. Wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy. Check in/out was very easy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great place for family getaway. Magical

It was perfect. Everything is easy to fine and use. Great sleep. Spent most of our days at Disney World, but great place to come “ Home” to. Great 30th Anniversary present for my husband and I and our adult children. Would love to rent again. Thanks for sharing your place with all of us.

Wish could live in this condo and neighborhood!

Home is gated and felt very secure staying there. Very clean, lot of room for four women. Couldn't believe how big bedrooms we're, every bathroom had it's own touch, spacious, w plush towels in each bathrooms. Kitchen has everything u would need to make marvelous meal and living room open to kitchen very spacious! Loved pool at home, and the extra large pool and whirlpool at the exclusive club house too. We loved how close home is to get to Walt Disney, shopping, groceries etc. Price of home is unreal for living in lugeri

Home away from home

The house was amazing and comfortable in these hard times having to travel as a flight attendant looking for a new home this house was everything I needed and allowed to me relax in the process. The owners and managing company were really quick to respond to any question or need. Still not done with house hunting so I will be coming back real soon. Thanks!

6 night stay for 3

Property was excellent. Had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Very clean and spacious. Very close to parks and stores. We felt rite at home and did not want to leave. Had a last minute check in and was no problem. Gated community felt safe and was quiet. Thank you for having us. See you again next year!
