Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice condo

This was a pretty nice condo. The only thing that I didn't care for was the fact that there were no curtains on the bedroom windows and it was a little warm. The ac would not go below 74

Great location and close to everything. Great host check in was simple.

The unit is clean and well furnished. The only downside was the lack of kitchen equipment i.e cooking pots and pans. Its okay for two people but cooking for a family would be hard. We were also disappointed with the first bathroom as the water pressure was so low we couldn’t even use it. The grout was also all cracked. This being said the unit was nice and the pool was also amazing.

Awesome stay!

This is a beautiful property! Everything was clean. It is a remote, gated community, yet right off the highway and easy to access many things. It was spacious and comfortable, with a great price. We would definitely stay again!

Central floridaCondo clean, nice size community pool with clubhouse to buy drinks or food. Plenty of lounge chairs. In condo, 2 full bathrooms spacious, plenty of bath towels. Rooms good size. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice screen deck, no bugs bothering us. Would rent again.

Comfortable condo

The condo was great. Very comfortable with adequate supplies and good appliances. The unit was lovely. Our only critiques were with the common spaces managed by the complex. For example, the elevator was nonfunctional so had to walk up the 4th floor each day—was only annoying with our luggage. Pool was nice but pool restaurant very limited. Gym a/c not working. But the condo itself was perfect with upscale decor and comfy furniture—I would stay there again.

Tuscany Style Resort

Tuscana Resort is a beautifully maintained property with a gorgeous Tuscany style pool. Our unit overlooked the golf course. It was tastefully decorated, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We felt very comfortable & safe at all times.
