The Space:

Reunion Resort wraps around you like a second home - a gated Kissimmee community where golf courses stretch to the horizon and the pace slows the moment you arrive. This spacious six-bedroom retreat is built for groups who want room to spread out, reconnect, and make the most of every hour together. With a private pool, hot tub, and a dedicated game room, there's always something to draw everyone back together at the end of the day.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across a thoughtful mix of king, queen, and bunk configurations. A downstairs king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offers ground-floor convenience, while upstairs rooms include additional king and queen bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. A bunk room rounds out the layout - a natural fit for younger guests or those happy to share.

 

Bathrooms

Six full bathrooms serve the group, a blend of ensuite and shared spaces that keeps mornings moving smoothly. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are all provided, so packing light is entirely reasonable.

 

Living spaces

The main level flows easily from a generous living room into the dining area and through to the game room. Large windows pull in natural light throughout, keeping the space feeling open whether the house is full or settling into a quieter evening.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, and a full set of cooking basics and dishes are all on hand. A dining table seats the group indoors, and barbecue utensils are available for meals outside.

 

Entertainment

A converted garage gives the home its game room - pool table, game console, and air hockey table for friendly competition at any hour. A TV and Wifi keep everyone connected when downtime calls for something lower-key.

 

Outdoor living

The patio leads out to a private pool and hot tub, ready year-round for a morning swim or an evening unwind. A backyard and fire pit give the group space to gather after dark, and a BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking. Free parking on premises and a private entrance make arrivals and departures straightforward.

 

Practical amenities

Air conditioning, heating, a washer, dryer, and Wifi support stays of any length. Self check-in via smart lock means a smooth arrival at whatever hour you land, and long-term stays are welcome.

 

Location

Set inside the gated Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the home sits within a community known for its golf courses and full-time resident feel - drive the 25 MPH limit and watch for golf carts. Out the back gate, you'll find an easy range of restaurants, water parks, airboat rides, alligator farms, and a stretch of parks and entertainment options that make the most of Florida's year-round outdoor appeal. Disney and the wider Orlando attractions are a short drive away.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



-The garage game room is not air-conditioned. For your comfort, pedestal fans are provided to help keep the space cool during your stay.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
