Què no li ha agradat: Neteja

Overall a decent stay, the house is very nice but very ruff when up close. The rooms were clean and very nice but I wouldnt stay again. The fridge smelled like someone left seafood inside for a long time, very strong smell. Kitchen Counters were very dirty, almost like someone cleaned them with a very very dirty rag, TV remote was dead. Overall it was decent.

The house as a hold is awesomeBut the cleanliness is awfulLet’s start with the trash at the front doorWe walked up with trash from the last guest scattered everywhere. Of course the neighborhood must have raccoon problems so it seemed like a raccoon just ripped opened the trash and had it all over the porch. Of course the host asked the housekeeper to come over the next day to clean the trash and the housekeeper only got the two bags that was on top of the trash and left all the trash on the porch. Also, the towels that were left on the bed. They were still damp. There’s no cooking pots. All you have is two pans to cook with. The blender had mold in it. Under the bathroom sinks I’m assuming that the last guest had kids open candy under the sinks. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The kitchen floor tile/wood whatever it is coming apart also I tripped over like three times.The HOA HAVE TOW GUY RIDING AROUND!!!!!The only good thing is that the host is awesome. You have a charcoal grill so you can grill your food and that’s it.I will advise the host to either find her another housekeeper company or do her own housekeeping until she find someone because her housekeeper really don’t give a damn

Home not clean

This beautiful home has so much potential, but it’s managed by someone that’s not even taking care of it. I checked in late and the home wasn’t properly cleaned. The master bedroom linen wasn’t cleaned the showers were dirty, the pool was dirty and had toys at the bottom of it, the kitchen chair had food crumbs in one of the chairs and the kitchen countertop there was ants. The kitchen floor needs touching up and the living room ceiling needs painting there’s water stains on the ceiling. But nevertheless my family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Needs to do better

There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the house and when we let the contact know, nothing was done about it. The air conditioning wasn't working in the main bedroom downstairs. There were candy wrappers under the sink in one bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived. The remote for the television didn't work and when we notified the contact, nothing was done. The ceiling was also leaking and there was a lot of condensation. When I alerted the property contact, they did nothing.

Great location but..

Overall the location was great and pool was a lifesaver with little ones. However, the house needs a lot of maintenance. The steps were missing the corner pieces, some of the flooring in the kitchen was uneven and coming up, the sink faucet was not working properly and sprayed water when used, and in the kids playroom the fuse ball table didn’t work, and there were Internet wires everywhere. The pool ducks were all deflated/ripped apart, and all the flowers were dead when we arrived. The pool had green spots of algae and had a weird smell the second day we arrived, but the host had the pool company come clean it when we inquired. Overall, it was an ok stay but the house needs maintenance to make it a 5 star.

Was a nice house

Was a great home.. wish had more kitchen basic items .. Wish home had a Tv in each room. Easier instructions on how to turn on heat for hot tub & pool .. was a beautiful home ,very quiet!

Beautiful house

The house was beautifully decorated, less than 20 mins away from all the Disney parks. Has all the necessary features for when traveling with kids. Loved everything about the house. Host was very attentive and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.
