To ensure a smooth entry, please submit your vehicle details, including the license plate number and email address, in advance. For the access, please provide the full name of all adult occupants (18 years and older) in your group. This information is required for verification and access to the resort facilities...

* Parking: Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated public spaces within the community. There is not parking allowed on the grass, common areas, please don't lock the sidewalks.
* Restrictions: RVs, recreational vehicles, and commercial trucks (such as U-Haul) are not permitted. Street parking is not allowed after 11 PM and may result in towing at your own expense, per HOA regulations.

Entry Instructions:
* Accessing the Home: Two days before your arrival, you'll receive detailed instructions, including your personal door code.

During your visit, you’ll have access to resort-style amenities including a swimming pool (9 AM–10 PM), lazy river, seasonal water slide, 24-hour fitness center, sports courts, organized activities, and Café Sol by the pool. Perfectly located just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, dining, and shopping. Resort Access:$35 + tax per reservation up to 12 guests.

Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with a private ensuite. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 also features a king bed and private bath, while Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with its own bathroom—perfect for families. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are LEGO-themed kids' rooms with bunk beds and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for your comfort and entertainment.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and an inviting outdoor area with a heated pool (available for an additional fee), BBQ grill, half bath, and a cozy lounge space for relaxing under the Florida sun!
