The apartment boasts updated furnishings, flat screen tv's in all bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests. To top off your experience, relax in the balcony or spend a day enjoying Vista Cay's resort amenities.

Vacation and Volleyball

We stayed here during AAU volleyball nationals. We walked to the Convention Center about a mile away in the mornings, heat made it roughy on the way back. Great place for a family of 5.

excellent vacation home

The place was fantastic. It was a lovely place to come back to after spending a full day in the theme parks. THe only issue I had the whole week was that the water in the fridge did not work. But it was so minor. Funny thing is that we thought there was only 1 coffee cup because we did not think to check the dishwasher which was still loaded. Would definitely stay here again.

My business associate and I stay at the Vista Cay properties because of it's proximity to a Trade show we attend at the Convention Center. The unit was well maintained. The bed in the master is old and not very comfortable but the unit was otherwise fine for it's purposes.

Comfortable - close to Universal and Convention Center

Nice property - plenty of space for six. Beds are comfortable and place is very clean. Rooms are roomy and nicely furnished. Elevator access right next to unit. Pool is very nice, always busy - has a bar and hot tub, and is an easy walk from condo. Smaller pool not accessible without other gate codes. Not all gates on property have same access code. Office offers access to business center for printing. Great walking trail. Gym looked decent and game area for kids is nice. Elevator access close to unit. Kitchen in the unit is not super stocked but has all the basics - standard coffee maker, blender, toaster.....could use muffin tins, mixing bowls, additional glassware, more spoons and forks to accommodate a full house. There are no spices at all like some rentals, so bring small quantities of what you need to cook. You’ll also need to bring paper products, soaps, cleaning products - if you are staying more than a weekend. Plenty of towels but short on washcloths. Across the street from Publix, a really good pizza place - busy so do takeout. Drug store on property. Spa at large hotel across the way was very nice for massage, pedicure services. Next door to convention center - could walk if it’s not too hot - we drove. Easy hop on and off the interstate. Restaurants and stores at adjacent malls and the Orlando Eye area make entertainment outside of the amusement parks really easy. Fifteen minutes to Universal. Twenty minutes to Disney. Twenty minutes to airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable

Apt was small but the right size for the three of us. Make sure you plan for supplying your own TP, detergents, etc. The kitchen was nice to prepare meals, dishwasher was difficult to figure out though. TVs (once we figured them out, left a vm with the front desk and no one called us back) and internet throughout worked great. An ok price and great location.
