Our experience at this property was awful from start to finish. When we arrived, the house was filthy: dirty floors and carpets, unmade beds with no clean sheets, towels left in the washer, trash in the bathrooms, a broken picture frame on the entrance table, scuffed walls, and the Wi-Fi didn’t even work.The worst part was the host’s behavior. Mandy ignored all of our concerns. She answered our call the first time, but after that refused to pick up from the same number. When we tried calling from a different number, she answered once, then stopped again. Emails and messages were never responded to. We were left completely neglected and never received any form of compensation.This was one of the worst vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had. Be warned: if you see the host’s name is Mandy, do not book this property. Always make sure a home is managed by a reliable company and not someone who treats guests this way.

Summer vacation

The location was great. The property was nice and everything was clean. The only complaint was the bed was very hard. Everything else was very good!

great neighborhood

The house was awesome and very spacious. only issue was the washer didn’t spin the clothes and needed more pots and pans and teaspoons. Other than that everything else was phenomenal

House was just okay

Communication with the management company was poor. The house was as pictured however the carpets were pretty worn and the house had no working vacuum which I reported and got no response. The biggest issue was the kitchen. It is not equipped for a house that size. There was only one small fry pan and had no teaspoons and only two large spoons. Management did bring some additional flatware but still no small spoons. I guess my biggest complaints were just that the communication was so poor and the house was lacking so many items needed for our stay.

Poor communication

It was unclear how to communicate with the owner. I received a Gmail and check in messages through Verbo and when asked how to communicate, received no answer. The smoke alarms were chirping upon arrival and we paid for pool heat. The pool was not heated and the owner has been unresponsive about a refund. The house itself was fine.
