Our family had a less than comfortable stay unfortunately. I want to preface this by saying I don’t believe I’ve ever rated a VRBO stay less than 5 stars. pro’s:- location is very convenient- The pool was just as pictured and a wonderful amenity to have during the July heat- The two doors that lead to the backyard pool area have an alarm Now with the cons:- The A/C was broken when we arrived. It was eventually fixed that night (roughly around 10:30pm) but it was a major headache to get ahold of the property managers to address the issue. We were on the verge of getting a hotel.- Plants are overgrown in the front, you have to walk around them which may seem small but after a week stay it definitely became annoying - The front door lock seems to be less than secure - Sugar ant infestation, saw 3 cockroaches - The game room is in the garage - with no A/C, listing doesn’t make this information known before booking. It was too hot to really enjoy. - Fridge Ice machine doesn’t work- I vacuumed after finding the third cockroach and realized that the couches aren’t vacuumed underneath as it was so gross with old food and random items. - Most the beds didn’t have top sheets on them at all, including the king bed in master bedroom- A pool man came over unannounced and cleaned the pool. He just showed up
