Spend a sunny holiday in Central Florida at this Clermont vacation rental. Benefitting from its corner lot location, the home boasts an extra-large, fully enclosed yard complete with a screened-in swimming pool. Gas and groceries are available within a half-mile of the home. Walt Disney World theme parks are within an 11-mile radius and there is tons of great golf to be found close to home, including Orange Lake (5.6 mi.), Highlands Reserve (6.0 mi.), and ChampionsGate (11.0 mi.).

The single-level interior is fully furnished for carefree family comfort, with features including an impressive full kitchen, a comfortable living area equipped with a smart TV, and character-themed children's bedrooms. Each bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV for individual guest satisfaction and added flexibility. The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

The staff was excellent. The amenities were skimpy. Two coffee packets, no powder creamer and no tea. Very clean and enough privacy for two people. Decks were very nice. Stairs were challenging and could use an update, especially as regards safety.

The management company, Vacasa, lied to me about the pool being heated. I never would have booked the property if i had known the pool did not have heat.

The house is very nice, but don’t plan on walking around barefoot. I did for a short time and the bottoms of my feet turned black. I don’t recommend this house to families with toddlers. There’s no added security going out to the pool. Well, there are alarms on all the doors, but they don’t work. When I asked about that, I was told to look in drawers for batteries and replace them. No batteries anywhere. My husband and I actually spent the weekend sleeping on the couch because we were to worried about our daughter getting out one of the doors. And the listing says there’s a heater for the pool but that you have to call to request it be turned on and it can take up to 24 hours to heat up. That’s totally fair. What’s not fair is calling to request the heat be turned on and being told they need 72 hour notice to turn it on, and then told they will “reach out to a local team” about getting the heat turned on and get back to me. I never heard a single thing back from them. Overall, the house is nice, beautiful neighborhood, but they need to take a little more time cleaning and actually respond to their guests.

We had a very time staying at this property. The only down side was the alarm continuously going off for the back door to the patio, and the timing to get the code for the ac box because it was extremely hot and the heat was on. But, other than that we had a great experience, and it was very nice and looks just as the pictures! Thank you for sharing your property with us.
