Gated community with luxury clubhouse and cabanas, resort-style pool with water slide, lazy river, jacuzzi, playgrounds, coffee bar, outdoor recreation areas, volleyball court, tennis court, gym, and more.

*The guest will need to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee at the resort. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse to pick up the access card.

* Like all vacation homes, our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper, guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.

**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 72 hours before check in.**

*VRBO: According to our company's policy for identity verification purposes, you must sign the rental agreement, fill out the guest registration form, and provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your credit card (front part - showing only the last four digits), and a picture of yourself holding your photo ID - failure to provide the required documentation as instructed will make your reservation ineligible, and no refunds will be given. - There is a mandatory refundable security deposit of $500.00*
