Did not get great communication with the host. Room was supposed to be ready at 4. Took me about 2.5 hours to finally get ahold of host and VRBO and we all hung out on the lawn until about 11:15 pm before the house was ready. Wifi password sent to us was wrong. We found it on day 2 in the house. Could not get parking pass until host released the unit to us which was also about 11:30pm. Once they cleaned and released unit, everything was fine. Should have had more communication before arrival as well as when we were having issues getting checked in.

Beautiful home, everything was great. Only complaint was that the 75 degree set on thermostat, it was rather warm inside the home. I would stay again.

We had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the house was pretty warm at 75 plus degrees and we were not allowed to adjust the thermostat since it had a lock box on it. I understand the need to keep the thermostat at a certain temp because of the a/c.. but just a warning sign maybe explaining that if a/c is turned too low than you would be responsible for repair if something happened should be enough. It was difficult for us all to sleep at night. We had to purchase a fan. Other than that, house was very roomy and clean and comfortable.

Went to check in and name was not with security. Within 10 minutes talked to property manager who didn’t realize we were supposed to be checking in that day. We were informed that we couldn’t check in until the next day, causing us to scramble and find 4 hotel rooms. We were reimbursed for the one night we couldn’t stay, although that didn’t come close to equaling what we had to pay for hotel rooms. Property manager called first thing the following morning and said we could check in. Once we checked into the house everything was great. House was big, clean, and everything was just as described.

The home was exactly as listed, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. We had a moment when the water pressure was low in one of the showers, called the host and the matter was resolved very quickly. The host was attentive and very helpful.

The property owner double booked the property and never bothered checking their calendar until my family and I tried checking in. I was told there was nothing they could do and to contact VRBO like it was their fault. The owner never took any responsibility or even apologized for THEIR error. My family and I had traveled three hours for a family event and had no place to stay because the property owner didn’t bother doing their job. NEVER AGAIN. this was a terrible experience.
