Trash is picked up Monday. Recycling is picked up Friday. If you are staying on these days please pull bin to curb the night before pickup.

House and stay were great. The area is perfect for easy travel between attractions and both coasts. The neighbors were friendly. Ease and timeliness of communication with the host was great throughout the entire process.

Conveniently located and nice enough but communication with the owners was very poor. I had to request the check in information and as someone who uses a lot of rentals I’ve never experienced that There was a delay with the cleaning crew where they were still cleaning 1 hour after our check in time, something I would normally be completely understanding of but the owners again did not communicate with me until I reached out The garbage can was packed and had not been serviced for atleast 1 week if not 2 While the property was perfectly serviceable it shows significant indications of unrelated wear and the beds were basically boards with strip of foam Fine for the money and the location but with significant draw backs

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. The Host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful making check in/check out seamless. The space itself was cozy and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, I would absolutely stay here again and Highly Recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Felt like we were going to break the tiny couches, beds could be more comfortable, over all great stay! Pool was awesome and the highlight of our trip besides Disneys Animal Kingdom. Bathtub in master bedroom was amazing. Will return if we come back to the area. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking ware.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing !!! The host was very fast with communication, even offered me early check in and complimentary pool heating for the remainder of my stay which I truly appreciated! The house was perfect just as the pictures stated. Grocery stores is close by . Overall the trip was amazing and I will definitely book again!

What a great stay! We really appreciated all the little extras - really didn’t need to get anything except food and even then they had some dry goods and spices available. The pool was amazing and the kids loved all the toys and thank you for the kids life jacket - our littlest benefited.

This is my second time staying at this wonderful vacation property. It is very clean, large open space concept, great location and exactly as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was much larger than the pics. The Ovation Bistro Restaurant ( dinner ) and First Watch breakfast Restaurant were alsovery close, as were several golf courses.Kumar was very responsive to any questions I had ( not many ) and my early walks around the development was perfect. Vey clean and private. I will book again in the near future for sure..

No air conditioning and the property owner blamed us for his house being 85º. Pool hasn’t been cleaned, house is torn up. Owner is looking for cheapest way possible to take your money. Book somewhere else

When we arrived we noticed the flooring was broken in many places, dishes dirty in cupboards, pans so dirty we had to get barkeepers friend to get clean in order to use. No laundry pods or detergent (typically have gotten at least 2 pods). Went to sit on couch and it was broken. No remote for outside TV. Remotes in bedrooms did not function properly. Was not notified until after asking that propane was not provided for the grill, 2 empty tanks. No grilling utensils or brush to clean grill. No extra toilet paper (rolls on holders were half gone). Beds very low to the ground and rock hard.Was not great to have spend extra cash for things that should be standard when renting.
