Step inside and feel right at home in the open-concept kitchen and living area. The cooks of the family can prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen while catching up on a favorite TV show. When you are ready to enjoy a delicious meal, you will find plenty of seating to choose from. The breakfast island seats up to 6 guests and there are two formal dining tables a few steps apart, one with seating for 6, the other with seating for 10. The living room is a great place to gather to reminisce on the day's memories with friends and family.
Slide open the patio door to access the private pool and patio. Admire the beautiful golf course views as you enjoy a refreshing swim or soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the poolside loungers. Cook outside in the summer kitchen with BBQ grill and dine al fresco at one of the 2 patio tables, each seating 4.
Back inside, entertainment abounds! On the ground level near the living area, you will find an open den with a pool table and TV. Next to this space is a combined theater and game room, which is sure to be a family favorite! Put your feet up in one of the reclining theater chairs and watch a favorite movie or challenge your loved ones to a game of air hockey. Relive memories of days gone by as you play the multi-game arcades.
This villa will accommodate everyone very comfortably with its spacious and well-appointed bedrooms. Rooms ranging from king to twin beds will give you the feeling of home away from home. On the second floor, kids will feel like royalty in their very own castle-themed bedroom with double/double bunk beds x2. For those seeking a little more privacy, there is an annex with a king-sized bed, day bed, and trundle bed. This space also features a convenient kitchenette and private outdoor courtyard.

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
