I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing from start to finish.
The condition of the unit was not what we expected at all. The couch was ripped, the carpets were dirty, and overall it didn’t feel clean. In one of the bathrooms, the floor in front of the shower felt unsafe, like you could fall through it.
We also had several major maintenance issues. The door lock didn’t work, which meant we had to leave for a full day at Disney with our unit completely unlocked after notifying the front desk. That’s a huge safety concern. On top of that, the washer broke mid-cycle, and we had to hand wring all of our clothes. We called the front desk for help, and no one ever came to assist.
The pool was also freezing, which was disappointing given we were hoping to use it during our stay.
Overall, this place feels like it’s just a money turnover with little to no upkeep bare minimum effort across the board. It’s clear maintenance and guest experience are not a priority. We definitely will not be returning.
