Beautiful furnished and fully equipped kitchen 4-bedroom, 3-bath home which sits on a large fenced corner lot in a highly desirable area of Winter close to ADVENT HEALTH HOSPITAL, CASA FELIZ, LEU GARDENS, ROLLINS COLLEGE, PARK AVE SHOPPING & DINING AREAS!!!
The floor plan is perfect for family living. Charming outdoor areas and all living spaces & bedrooms are naturally sunlit. All rooms have wall-mounted TV’s.

Beautiful home in great neighborhood!

Stayed here prior to my wedding at the Casa Feliz on 6/6/25. Worked out perfectly for all my groomsmen and family. Great location in a safe neighborhood!

Comfortable peaceful and very relaxing!!

Beautiful and it has just about everything you need. We enjoyed being so close to all the things going on downtown. I would definitely return to this property with friends or family because its so accommodating to everyone's needs and felt like i was in my own home!!

My family had a wonderful stay! The house was conveniently located to Rollins College where the wedding was held. Great property! Unfortunately we weren’t there enough to enjoy the house due to wedding activities! Jay, your host, was very responsive to my messages. Would easily rent this place again!

Excellent location

Great single level home with plenty of bedrooms & comfy beds for a group of 6. Unfortunately rain & humidity kept us from enjoying the very pleasant patios. Loved the coffee bar. Excellent for a group of adults.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood!

The house is very spacious and seems like a great place for families with children. There’s a room with a nursery, twin sized beds, connected to a bathroom. The backyard and front is very cute to lounge and spend time in. You have everything you could need in the home, very surprising! The kitchen is fully equipped! We had a great time!

Family stay for a wedding weekend in Winter Park

This was a great house to stay for a long weekend for a wedding celebration in Winter Park. The wedding was at Casa Feliz and the house was only 1.8 miles from the venue. With extended family in town it was a great house to hang out together—coffee on the porch in the morning and a glass of wine on the couch at night. Sweet memories made here. Highly recommend!

This was a terrific home. Clean and well appointed. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for multiple people. Two living room areas inside and two beautiful spaces out doors. Loved the fully stocked coffee and tea bar. Plus Jay left a few waters, beer and a bottle of wine in the frig. Thank you for a great girls weekend! I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place

This house was perfect for our family who were in town for Rollins graduation. It’s less than 10 mins from campus and Park Ave, very convenient to stores, and has plenty of space for all 8 adults to get ready at the same time and also hang out together. The outdoor space is amazing too. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Winter Park!

Graduation stay

Myself and several family and friends came to Orlando to celebrate a graduation and this house was perfect! Plenty of space for all of us to sleep and socialize. Jay is wonderful and promptly replied to my messages! Super easy checkin and checkout!

Great place to stay!

Very spacious and comfortable, was as expected based on pictures and description. Very clean and well decorated and furnished. Would stay again for sure! Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio spaces. Very impressed with the nice laundry room! Great for a larger group.

College Reunion

Short morning walks (1.5mi) to campus and Park Ave shops for breakfast. Enough parking for several cars. The outside gathering areas were great for wrapping up the day's activities. All in all a great experience.

Great home, great location, and great host!

The property is as advertised! We stayed for 2 weeks and we’re very comfortable and happy with the location and the home. The property is located very close to downtown and there are a number of amenities very close by! We also experienced excellent communication from the property owner. If we return next year we will certainly rent this property again.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this home because we were hosting a wedding in Winter Park.This is truly a lovely property, in a great location for Winter Park and surrounding area. The house was immaculate and is furnished as tastefully as shown in pictures on the website. All of our adult children commented on what a great place it was to stay. There was great communication with the owner and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Amazing Home

My family and I came here during Hurricane Ian. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The host was always very responsive and super nice. The home was immaculate! All you really need to bring is your bags and that’s it. They have everything you need to feel at home. What I truly appreciated was the kids room and the dog area within the home. This will be where I stay from now on whenever I’m in the area. Hopefully next time I come, I will be able to fully enjoy the 2 gorgeous outdoor spaces.
