Holiday Getaway -July 2025

Great location for a large group of adults or teenagers. The house is on the market. We experienced some operational challenges with the stove, game room and theater room. The host was proactive and responsive to our requests.

Disney Trip for Birthday celebration

Overall our stay was very good. It was very nice to have so much room to spread out when we returned to the house after long days at Disney parks. There are some definite signs of wear and tear on this home which was listed for sale during our stay. Communication with the owners was perfect. I let them know that dishes had been put away dirty, which was likely caused by a lack of dishwasher cleaning tablets. The rugs going up the stairs and in the common areas could use a deep cleaning. There are lots of weeds growing through the pool deck area. We did not get the chance to use any of the community amenities. Our only real negative about the property was the loud neighbors who partied late into the night on the weekends. We did not know who to call about the noise so we just waited it out -- until they finally went indoors at 2:30 am. The beds were all fine, bathrooms were all clean, kitchen equipment was sparse - hardly any drinking glasses left in the cupboards but we mostly used plastic/disposable during our stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this VRBO! Everything was exactly as described—or even better. The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was communicative and helpful, making the check-in process super smooth. Spring break

We had a great experience and the host were very involved and informative. They were flexible to accommodate our needs and let us book last minute an extra day due to tornadoes back home! The house was wonderful and spacious. We had two families staying and we could move around comfortably without disturbing the other. The theater room was great for family movie night and I would highly recommend staying again!

Great Stay

Plenty of rooms for me and my friends who came down to go to Universal!! The beds were comfortable!! I would say make sure you bring your own toiletries like shampoo and conditioner we had a problem with the projector screen, but it was due to a wire and they got it fixed the very next day so that was pretty awesome !

We had the best experience from booking the home, being in touch with homeowners and checking out! House was perfect! Zero complaints! Definitely highly recommend! My family and I loved all the areas especially the pool/ hot tub and movie theater, so cool!

Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful and very clean. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the other amenities that was at the home but we spend all day swimming at the pool. Very close to Disney Sprimg and other local shops.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here and wish we had a lot more time to truly enjoy all the amenities the property and resort had to offer. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we ever go back to Orlando.

Great Accommodations!

We had a great time at the house. Rooms were well furnished. House was clean. Plenty of room for 8+ people and still have some privacy. Theater and pool table were a big hit. Pool table does need a little tlc. End rail is starting to wear down. The community was super peaceful. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but not so far to make it too far away. Would recommend.

Wonderful home for multiple families!

We had a great stay in Champions Gate. The hosts were fantastic and the communication was top notch. Everything was clean and as pictured! The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the theater, game room and pool. The house is located in a very safe, gated community. We loved our time in Florida and would absolutely stay in this home or any home managed by Dan and Ryan!

Graduation Celebration

The pictures are accurate, the space was AMAZING. A few hiccups shortly after check in, but quickly resolved by property management. If you decide to stay, definitely ask your host where's the best place to get ice cream, you won't regret it!

FAMILY FUN HOUSE

Ryan & Dan were fantastic hosts! Their response time was quick, and was extremely accommodating to our needs/request! Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful! The details of the operation of the house/ how to use….hot tub, movie theater, and all the light switches being labeled was much appreciated! The property is absolutely one of the best we have stayed in yet! Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice- definitely WOW factor! We visited with our big fun loving family and this house did not disappoint! The king size beds were great and in almost every room which is hard time find with other properties! The kitchen is spacious, well presented, and has everything you need! Our entire family highly recommends this property! We are already planning our next staycation at this little gem we were blessed to find! Again, Ryan & Dan were hands down the best hosts we have ever interacted with!
