Start your day with a float around the lazy river or with a refreshing swim in the pool, taking a trip or two down the waterslide. The bubbling hot tub is perfect for a relaxing soak after you work up a sweat in the fitness center. You can also choose to just take it easy and enjoy a drink at the indoor and outdoor bar or take a meal at the onsite restaurant with dessert at the ice cream shop. The game room with pool table and arcade will tap into your competitive side, an in the rare event you encounter a rainy day, you’ll have no shortage of entertainment to keep the kids occupied. Experience the offerings of the Spa, specializing in massages, skin care, nail services, and treatments, it's your gateway to relaxation and rejuvenation. When you’re ready to ramp up the fun at the nearby theme parks, you’ll be within just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios among the others, making this destination the ideal blend of relaxation as well as adventure.



Inside the home, bright and modern spaces are a welcome retreat from the heat and excitement of the day, with comfortable furnishings facilitating relaxation and connectivity. Sink into plush living room sofa seating while you stream a movie or that new series you’ve been saving on the smart TV. The open floorplan carries you into the modern kitchen, showcasing stainless steel appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry ideal for meal preparation and storage. The dining room table can seat 6 for formal meals and spontaneous family game nights alike. In the peaceful morning hours, step out onto the patio to sip on your fresh cup of coffee and soak in the fresh air and tropical surroundings as you plan out your next set of adventures.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• There is a booster seat available for children.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. No street parking, blocking of sidewalks, or parking on grass allowed.

• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.

Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.

• This home is equipped with an external Ring camera mounted on the entryway and actively monitoring the driveway, street, and home entrance.



Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.



The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!

Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
