    We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

    Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

    • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
    1-Cost: $35 per day.
    2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
    3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
    4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
    5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
    It does not have jets.
    6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

    The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
    Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

    • TRASH DISPOSAL
    Please place trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home.

    • HOUSEKEEPING
    There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

    • ONLINE PURCHASE
    If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
    Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
    In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.

I the place was amazing, very clean, and the host was very accommodating when I asked for a late check out. I had one issue they resolved it immediately and it wasn’t a big issue. I will be staying at this place again.

Great and cozy stay.

This property was great, a little smaller than expected from the picture but over all great size. The pool is small, if you are looking to just sit in the water this will be great for you. The community pools are great though for all ages and the Hot tub pools are awesome. Over all my stay was great, peaceful and cozy.

Would definitely return!

Pictures are accurate. Very nice, clean. Didn’t use the pool but makes for nice addition. Took approx 20min to get to Epcot/magic kingdom. Easy ride so convenient to get to parks. Only reason for not a perfect rating is they don’t take credit cards. Have to mail in payment if you book enough in advance, or drop off, since I booked last minute. That took time that I didn’t want to use. Otherwise fully recommend and will stay again

Good, but not 5 star great

I had to make 2 phone calls to get the check in confirmation email sent to me. This contains the gate code and door code for the condo. The gate code was incorrect, luckily the on staff security guard reviewed our check in information and gave us the correct code. The condo is need of a facelift. Could barely have a conversation downstairs with the dishwasher running. Extra code for using barbecue grill is ridiculous. The community pool was awesome. Location to the theme parks was perfect. Felt very safe with a security guard on staff at all hours for the front gate.

-The pool area was full of weeds -The kitchen was NOT equipped as stated (there was not one pot holder or kitchen towel to be had) which made it hard to cook meals in the kitchen -The entire downstairs and one upstairs bedroom smelled of vomit upon arrival -The couch has springs coming through the cushions -There is 1 pool towel for the entire condo -Linen quality is poor -The 2 guest bedroom TVs do not work (volume is broken in one and no remote in the other) so those were inoperable all week -The plunger is disgusting and broken -The fan in the master bedroom rattles and shakes whenever it is running -When using the dishwasher the tablet has to be put in the dishwasher on its own (not in the tab section) otherwise the tablet is never used

We only stayed one night and the accommodations were adequate although the linens were lacking (no hand towel in downstairs bathroom and no wash cloths in upstairs master bathroom. Remote for tv in bunk room did not work. Other than that, the townhome was comfortable.
