"Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced."

"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."

"Had a great stay at Howard’s property. It is the lower level of a house, very nice having a garage if renting a vehicle. Very safe area and close access to Golden Gate Park and Muni buses. Howard was accommodating and met upon arrival. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. If looking for a place to stay in the Richmond district or near Golden Gate Park, this is a great option!"

"I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. "

"The hosts provide a perfect place to stay. It is cozy, but seems more roomy than the pictures suggest. Each room is enhanced by tastefully chosen art, furniture and unusually varied lighting. The kitchen has a surprising amount of functionality, not least of which is how attractive it is. We didn't cook since Alameda has excellent, affordable restaurants nearby, We slept well."

"I am an S.F. native and my daughters have been here many times, too, even though I live in Michigan now and they grew up there. We all had a super time renewing our relationship with The City. Best of all, I was able to show my five grandchildren where I grew up!"

"Joe's place was just we needed. A sufficient place to lay our heads while visiting San Francisco. About 30 min away. Good for a family on a budget. Kids loved the mini golf course in the back yard."

"Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...
