It is close to downtown, Harkers Island, and Cape Lookout, It is clean, the gate and apartment key codes worked, it is tastefully decorated. We had no issues of any kind. The owner provided us excellent suggestions of what to see and the weather was beautiful. "

"The price was right but that is it. No hot water in the kitchen sink, the mattress needs to be replaced, the outlets in both bathrooms don't work, the controls on the heat AC were locked in place and you could not reprogram them, some of the pillows on the bed stunk, there is a rodent of some sort underneath the stairs making noise. I cannot recommend staying here at all. "
