"Atención muy pobre para ser hotel 5 estrellas. Los funcionarios no hablan inglés y no tienen vocación de servicio en su mayoría. El desayuno muy mejorable. Para ser uno de los hoteles más caros de Shanghai se queda muy corto respecto a la mayoría de opciones en ese rango de precios."

"The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality."

"Good location and good views from the room, though in compare to other Edition hotels I have been to, this one is definitely an on a lower quality of Edition hotels and more comparable to 4 start hotels. They failed twice to deliver my luggage to my room and failed to book a reservation for dinner. even after talking to manager, there were many time miscommunication. Overal, don't worth the cost and better alternatives available out there. "

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Indigo. Der Ausblick auf den Bund ist unschlagbar - absolut atemberaubend! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in neuem und sauberem Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und beinhaltet kontinentale und asiatische Speisen in ausreichendem Umfang; zusätzlich werden nach Wunsch Omelettes oder Waffeln zubereitet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Service in der Rooftopbar: trotz weniger Gäste haben wir über 30 Minuten auf unsere Getränke gewartet,...
